Yung IELTS po nagawa nyo na? If I were you, I'd start now dahil all these things are lengthy. That's besides the point na rules are changing din. What I'm trying to say po is even before looking at applying for a permanent residency, check the prerequisites that goes with it and the first thing would be BP. And even before BP there is IELTS. You can go from there. PR 189 may change anytime. </blockquote>
