Hi @miteglia90, payong kaibigan lang mula sa payongayong industry, if u really need or want to resign, no problem naman, maybe you could do it before you submit your EOI or latest before invite. Or kung employed ka parin when u submit your EOI, better to stay employed until grant.
I think it would be best to have your status consistent or steady from EOI til grant to avoid discrepancies of information during the process. No issue if employed or unemplyed as long as consistent ang status mo throughout the whole process.
Though there could be changes na di maiiwasan along the process, it may create stress for u and/or delay the process.
I think the most crucial part for changes is from invite to grant kasi this is the period where ichecheck and iveverify talaga nila ung mga details na pinrovide mo from your EOI.
