Include Parent in Visa 189 Application

Hi, I want to include my mom in my visa 189 application.

Here's are some info about my mom and our situation:

she just turn 50 last January 2017
she's a housewife. she doesn't have any employment for as long as I can remember.
I was the sole breadwinner of the family (me, my mom and my brother) for 2 years until my brother graduated and got a job
my dad was not in the picture for a couple of years until recently.
my mom only stays with me for a couple of months in a year. I'm working in Metro Manila while she's living in Davao with my brother and my dad.
currently, me, my brother and my dad have jobs. we all are supporting my mom financially but I'm still the one bringing home the bigger game.

thoughts?

PS. she said she will do some housekeeping jobs when she go to Oz. hehe

okay, I read in expat forum na nagchange na ang policies since Nov 2016. Parents cannot be included anymore as an additional applicant. you can only include your partner (married or de facto) and children

Migration agent here:

You cannot add your parent in your 189 visa application. This is because the definition of the Member of the Family Unit(MOFU) has been changed to exclude parents.

Pano po process ng parent visa? I am resident already here and my sister is ongoing with her visa application once she got her visa granted(Hopefully para ma pass ung family balance test). How can we get our parents to live with us here? May nag sasabi kasi na 50k yung cost for visa for each parent. Is tht true?
