@Justin actually, hindi ko alam kung sa BP lang ba yan kasi wala rin kaming kinuhang anything from CHED and anything na ang magsesend eh Uni. Pareho lang naman yung Form na ginagamit (AGOS 40) di ba @kymme

@czha I’m not sure if it’s the same, but it says on the website that it’s for International Nurses and it will lead to registration afterwards.

Hello guys, I received an email from my RO that my RLE summary and TOR need i pa recertify, then may nakaunderline sa email nya na

Please note that all certifications must be dated with the date it was witnessed and signed.

Mejo nagtataka lang ako kasi yung mga other documents ko naman ok.

@MissAussie Yes, it should have the date. The link for the guidelines for document certification are on the first page of this thread. It may be that those 2 documents are more important than the rest.

@Cassey thanks mam. Kasi yung 2 docs ko na yan sa iba ko pina notary, hindi ko na din nacheck nung sinubmit ko. Sana LOE na next email after ko masend docs

@ykcul_kcul yung school may binigay na certification from ched. Nag provide pa ako ng pharmacology certification

yung letter from the university, yes I think pwede mo pa yan ipasa, kasi ung sakin dati April ko pa narequest sa school tapos nakapaglodge ako August na, tapos ung sa CHED naman, okay na yata kahit hindi n magpasa nun ngayon, dati kasi nagsubmit ako then ung friend ko n naglodge nitong December hindi sya nagpasa ng letter from CHED, hindi naman n nirequire sa kanya. 🙂

Can I use my school documents, certificate of employment dated 4 years ago in registering with Ahpra? Before I went here in Abu Dhabi, I completed all those documents already. Do I need to get a good standing pa po sa PRC? since I am not working in the Phils anymore...Need ko po from here police clearance and good standing from Health Authority Abu Dhabi HAAD tama po ba? Thanks po in advance 🙂
