@cheng1003 This has been addressed for many times in the forum. Nurses from the Philippines don’t meet Criteria 2 and 3 as you can see on the list below so there’s no need to submit those requirements. That’s why Nurses who studied in Ph need to study in the first place in order to meet these 2 criteria.

Canada (nursing)
Hong Kong (nursing)
Republic of Ireland (nursing and midwifery)
United Kingdom (nursing and midwifery)
United States of America (nursing and midwifery)
Applicants who hold a nursing or midwifery qualification issued by an education institution in any of the countries listed above should still arrange for the relevant supporting documentation to be sent directly to AHPRA from the education institution (for criterion 2) and the authority or agency responsible for the accreditation or recognition of your program of study (for criterion 3).
These countries may qualify as well:.

Chile (nursing)
Hong Kong (midwifery)
Pakistan (nursing and midwifery)
Papua New Guinea (nursing)
Singapore (nursing and midwifery)
A friend told me that usually those who are from agencies are asked to comply with these requirements and not ahpra. Yung inaapply sa AHPRA is for registration as a Nurse here in Au but since hindi mameet yung Criteria 2 and 3 kaya nirerefer yung applicants to do Bridging Program. Hope this clarifies.
