@jkk32w Hi, maybe it’s someone else. Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) is different.

Kung Nurse siya sa atin, pwede siyang magconversion instead which will lead to her registration as a Division 1 Nurse here. It may take up to a year or 2 depending on her work experience and on the school as well. Yung mga iba na hindi nakaabot for BP, they go for Conversion course instead.

baka yan lg kc option ng sis ko. mrami pa nman states ng ooffer ng visa 190 for enrolled nurse so may path parin for PR. she had 5yrs hosp exp satin and 3.5yrs hosp sa uae.. hopefully 1yr pra dna ma stretch ang gastos. whch is super stretch na in most cases ng mga applicants ngaun..

when they are div2 do they just need to accrue further exp as div2 pra maging div1? grabe backwards ang process whch s supposedly andun na sia 🙁

@ilovemichie Hello! As stated din ni Cassey and accdg sa AHPRA, sa website nila is aalisin na nila yung bridging and babawasan na yung 8 criteria to 3 criteria na lang. tapos they will have a 3 part exam yata or 2. basta may CBT and OSCE like UK. Pero accdg to them, bridging will still be implemented until the new revisions is not yet finalized. Tapos conditional pa rin kasi same route pa rin, they need to assess pa din. Lahat yan nabasa ko lang sa news update posted ng AHPRA last October. 🙂

@jkk32w Kung RN siya with those years of experience at di siya aabot ng BP at ayaw niyang mag go thru nung exams that they will soon implement definitely pwede siyang magConversion program. I’m 100% sure na she’ll only do it for a year which in reality is less than a year.

For Enrolled Nurses - Div 2, they need to study for 2yrs para maging RN.

Good on your sister who is a Div1 Nurse. Malaki chance ng sister mo na maPR considering those years of experience. She should grab the opportunity while she can habang di pa nagbabago rules and policies. They’re making it harder compared to how it was years ago.

@Cassey Hello! Now lang ako na enlighten nung nabasa ko convo nyo about conversion course. Sana pala yan na lang route na kinuha ko kasi halos half year na ko nag ayos for bridging. Now kasi wala talaga ko school na mahanap for bridging kaya yung dilemma ko if hintayin ko ba yung bago implementation or mag take ng conversion course kaso baka naman ang show money needed eh masyado malaki. Pero sabi nila ang hirap daw talaga ng conversion, may balita ka po? Thank you 🙂

@pmac May mga selected Uni na hindi required ang show money. I’m not too sure now though kasi kung hindi man humingi ng proof ang immi, yung school naman ang nagrerequire. Sa Deakin, half ng class ng hubby ko bumagsak. Mahirap yung essay nila kasi evidence based at during their time Harvard referencing style ginagamit nila. I guess kung nakafocus ka sa studies mo, you’ll be fine.

@Cassey Thanks much sa info. are we right in understanding na if BSN course dito and f ma credit ang studies sa pinas thats the conversion path mentioned above. and pag tapos nila sa 1yr conversion is that considered an enrolled nurse category /skill she can apply for PR?

@jkk32w Yes, makicredit yung studies at the same time tinitake into consideration din yung work experience nila as RN kaya nashoshorten yung course. Instead of it being 3yrs, nagiging 1year na lang. It’s basically a shortened Bachelor of Nursing Course.

@Cassey oh i see 🙂 kelangn lg ulit ng same docs sa aphra though indi na sila i endorse for bridging kc bsn na sila dito. if d tlaga succesful

tong cqu mag start na kami process for conversion. dami na na sayang na time eh hehe

@Cassey Oo nga eh. Like Monash di naman nghingi ng financial declaration. Yung CQU meron eh kaya di ko na muna inapplyan hehe.

Grabe din pala sa hirap ng essay requirement sa Deakin. As of now sila lang yata nag ooffer ng 1 year conversion. Tapos nabasa ko sa iba convo ang mahal din ng tuition, double din pala ng bridging.

@jkk32w I’m not 100% sure kung kakailanganin pa niya uling magsubmit since nagsubmit na siya prior to BP. Hindi ko sure kung gaano katagal na pwedeng gamitin yung records sa AHPRA. Maybe you can ask AHPRA to confirm sakaling matuloy siya ng Conversion. But anyway, same docs pa rin naman with the addition of her Diploma and Cert from school here in Au once finishes the course.

@pmac Mahal around $30k. Nung time ni hubby eh di sila nanghingi ng showmoney. Dati maraming nagooffer. Meron pa rin yata sa ECU. Anyway, all the best.

mas ok na lang po bang mgconversion considering na sobrang hirap na po mghanap ng school for BP na mgoopen? sayang po kasi yung time..

@maxihealth34 Hubby took the conversion course in Deakin. You can’t really compare not unless someone went to both.
