@geneaux It would seem na hindi nailagay ni wifey mo ang variations ng name nya sa ICHC form so hindi complete ang nagawang check and thus the request for a new ICHC.

May portion sa Additional Details sa ICHC form about previous names/alias...

@cucci thank you. need pala ilagay lahat ng variations ng name matching dun sa mga supporting documents that were submitted. ulitin na lang namin yung ICHC part. Thanks again sa response.

@cucci nalagay naman daw ni wife yung maiden name niya. Is there a difference dun sa option na maiden name and previous name para dun type ng other names na ilalagay? tnx tnx

@geneaux Much better po nyan is to communicate with the Registration Officer ng AHPRA na nagha-handle ng case nya or with Fit2Work kung nilagay naman lahat ng name variations tapos di lang nagawa ang full history check. I presume na Fit2Work ang ginamit na company? Di kasi ako familiar sa AIS. Baka naman kasalanan ng Fit2Work na hindi nila na-check kahit na andun ang ibang details. Medyo mahal din magpaulit ng check considering na per country ang charge nila.

@geneaux I was looking at the form I filled up when I requtested for ICHC with Fit2Work... may portion po na asking for Previous Names/Alias:.... Name Type, Name and Date of Change. Please check kung nilagay ni wife mo ang maiden name nya dito... see pic attached.

@cucci thank you. She asked her RO about the name variation. Nilagay naman niya yun maiden name. Need to include din daw yung current name niya sa other/previous name for the name variation and need to tag it as alias. thanks.

@xanthus Hi, I’m not quite sure if you are aware but there will be some upcoming changes. Based on the news, they will abolish BP and introduce exams instead this mid year, though they haven’t given a specific date yet. Currently, all the places for BP this year are already filled leaving some applicants with LOE hanging. It’s up to you though if you still want to go thru the Assessment or wait until the new changes start. No one really knows what’s gonna happen. Anyway, the requirements are at the first page of this thread.

@cucci Hi! We will go for fit2work na lang for the criminal check. wala pa din reply yung ais sa amin. Ask ko lang sana if may other supporting documents ka pa na sinubmit aside from the passport? Thanks.

Hi, I recently got my registration. Question lang on how u guys applied for skills assessment with ANMAC? Wala kc ako work experience as a nurse since I graduated sa pinas. How can I satisfy yung professional reference na required document?

@yssabanana Congrats, what applicants do is they provide Statutory Declaration stating their reasons for not having work experience.

@Cassey thanks! How about ung certificate and transcript? Do I have to provide both from pinas and from oz?

@yssabanana Yes, you still have to provide Diploma and transcripts from both countries of registration and other documents as well.
