Still No CO Assignment Three (3) Months After Lodgement

Hello. I've lodged our application last February 10 but we still were not assigned a CO even though it has been 3 months. Does this usually happen?

Is there any way to follow up or check the status of the application kahit walang CO?

Nangyayari pala to, I just lodged an application last April 22 and saw other applicants who lodged at a later date get COs kaya nakakatakot nga. Makes me wonder kung may correlation ba yung length between ITA and application lodging since almost 2 mos before you applied Sir.

meron akong nakikita sa immitracker na sobrang tagal naghintay tapos no CO contact pero DG naman in the end.

May nabasa ako sa expatforum na may mga applicants na nasusubject sa random employment verification. Baka nasample ka sa random checking kaya nagtagal ng ganito?

@biboy329 You can try to call or email immi kung lampas sa standard processing time tapos wala ka pang CO contact. Kung tatawag ka make sure to have your passport number ready and dapat on the dot na 8Am (Au time) para di ka matagal sa queue. All the best.

@jiomariano Hindi ko sure kung factor yun e. Pero ang nangyari kasi sakin sakto pinapunta din ako ng company namin sa Sydney; hindi muna ako nag-lodge para hindi magka-conflict sa visa applications. Turns out ok lng nman pala naka-lodge na yung Skilled Independent Visa at the same time apply ng Business Visitor visa ung company. :/

@Cassey Thank you! Yan actually yung isa kong question; kung saang number ba tatawag or anong address mag-eemail. I tried yung mga local numbers kaso pagka-select mo ng option na application is submitted online, sasabihin na na they are unable to assist daw kasi direct yung submission sa DIBP.

To give you more info - My wife gave birth last March and kelangan ko mai-add yung new baby namin sa application para makapag-proceed siya sa medical nya. Nag-submit na ako ng form for Change in Circumstances pero kelangan daw ata mapansin yun ng CO muna para mai-add niya manually si baby. :/

@biboy329 With your case, try to send a private message to @kholoudmanlucu ganyan din yung case nila dahil may newborn din sila. If you're in Au, you can call 131 881. They've been having problems with their Call Center lately so habaan na lang ang pasensiya. If you're outside Australia, hindi masasagot yun ng embassy sa Phil kasi outside na yun ng jurisdiction nila even if you call them.. You can try calling this number if you're overseas +61 02 6264 1111. Just saw this number in a website. Unfortunately, triny ko sa webform kaso wala akong makitang 189/190. You can probably try to contact them through facebook but I don't think it would be of help kasi they only give generic answer...but you can try...

Thank you, @Cassey ! Yup sinubukan ko din yung webform hehe. I think call na lang talaga ang pwede kong gawin.

Also sent message to @kholoudmanlucu although nakita ko sa signature niya, she got a CO the month after lodgement. Yung sa case ko kasi as in wala. 🙁

@biboy329 Just pray and hopefully you'll get a CO contact soon. Have you checked the status of your application thru immi account? As long as its submitted, i think it should be fine. Medyo maraming changes sa immigration policies kasi lately kaya siguro may delay. Marami pa rin naman akong nakitang Feb applicants na wala pa ring CO contact.

Thank you for all your help especially ma'ams @Cassey and @kholoudmanlucu !

I was able to contact them this morning after several tries (grabe ang queue!) and ayun sabi nga kung Received ang status, it means hindi pa talaga allocated and well within sa service standard nila yung sakin dahil 5 to 7 months daw ang allocation ngayon. 🙁

I guess walang ibang choice kundi mag-wait and pray. And sabi nila no need to add the new baby basta makita ng CO (once assigned) na naka-upload yung docs niya.

@biboy329 You're welcome. Oo tiyaga lang talaga at dasal. For all you know, baka mas maaga pa yung CO contact kesa diyan sa binigay nilang timeframe. Anyway, all the best!

Me too, more than 1 month since lodgement without CO allocation. Iniisip ko nga baka di priority kasi 489 Skilled Regional yung application ko instead of 189 and 190. Pero i keep myself busy na lang, though everyday i check my email. Thanks @biboy329 , atleast pag Received Status alam ko na yan nag answer nila.

why are you waiting for CO to be assigned? pwede ka na magmedical and submit the police clearance para waiting na lng nmafinalise ung application mo instead of CO.

Done na din pi ako medicals and nbi lahat uploaded na para DG na. Yung iba kasi nakakareceive na assessment has commenced mga ganun, bakit kami wala? @Xiaomau82

@Xiaomau82 Meron po kasi kaming baby na gusto namin ipa-add (2 months old) para ma-upload na din namin yung birth cert & passport niya under his name. Pero sabi nung nakausap ko sa phone, pwede naman daw upload kasama nung mga documents ko (principal applicant).

@biboy329 I am surprised that immi is taking so long to process your applic. majority of the cases I know, they got their visas in 1-2 weeks after lodging a complete application.

Yes, you can upload documents for your baby so the CO can process the application all in one go.
