489 visa to 887

@Supersaiyan 489 state sponsored hindi pataasan ng points. When I applied 60 lang ako plus 10 sa SS points

Question po, meron po akong GF at nagkaanak kami, nasa Pilipinas sila ngayon. Plan ko po sana isama sila as dependent sa pag apply ko ng Visa 887. At plan po namin magpakasal bago po ako mag apply ng 887.

Pwede ko po ba gawing dependent yung WIFE (assuming kasal na kami bago ako mag apply ng 887) ko at anak ko sa visa 887 application ko para makasama ko na sila dito sa AU? May nakausap kasi akong agent ang sabi need daw ng Partner visa pa ng Wife ko?

Oo nga ata Sir. Nag assume lang ako na pwede, since nabasa ko na pwede isama ang partner sa 887 application at hindi nabanggit na dapat naka 489 din sila dapat.

Well mukhang ganun nga ata talaga. Apply ako 887, then pag nagrant apply ko siya ng Partner visa.

Ang plan ko na now ay wait for my 887 grant, get them here as tourist, then apply for Partner Visa onshone para hindi na nila need umuwi.

Better the wait na magpakasal if i were you..actually you can apply her a defacto partner( at least one year relationship)check the website for the indicative processing time...usually 1 year or over yata

Since di kayo kasal, magfall yata sya as defacto though no diff kay accepted man dito..nadeclare ba sila pag apply mo ng 489? Kasi pag di mo nadeclare, possible irequire ka another year after monideclare ang relationship nyo before mo iapply ng subsequent 489...if thats the case better n pakasal then apply spouse visa( i could be wrong)

Better wait for the decision. You can move pero sa regional area pa din ( sa other states, unless siguro wag mo update details mo sa immi account)kasi technically 489 visa ka pa din and could be a breach of your visa.

Hello guys, any update kung may nagrant na visa 887? We applied on 07 Dec 2018, wala padin update 🙁 may nakita ako forum https://www.pomsinadelaide.com/topic/44612-887-visa-whats-the-update/?page=1286

Sabe nila nasa Feb application n daw ung ntouch ng CO. Although mukang adelaide lang sya applicable, VIC kc kame.
