Pati ba payslips need din ipa-notarize? I'm planning to include payslips din kasi for statdec supporting docs... kaya lang pede kaya maipanotaryo ang payslip na walang initial/signature/company stamp? kasi payslips s previous company ko sinesend lang as softcopy pdf file. May npagtry na kong notary public dto sa SG but he refuse na tatakan yung payslips na pinrint ko kahit colored kasi daw dapat may initials or signature manlang ng finance ng company ...kahit sinabi ko n din s knya na close na yung company kaya wala ng pede magsign nun 🙁

i print mo payslip mo puede naman yun ipa notary at least 2 years current work.

@aoelee Thanks sir for always being there to help. Tinignan ko po un sample nyo na COE, dun nyo na din po pala nakalagay un tasks and duties performed pati tools used? So if ganyan po ginawa namin, hindi na po kailangan ng separate document describing specific tasks and duties performed for the company? Enough na po yan sa ACS? 🙂 Kasi mukha po mas madali pag ganyan isang document na lang COE and the Job description. 🙂 Thanks po ulit.

Follow up question lang din po baka may makasagot. Sa ACS and/or DIAC kailangan pa po ba talaga i-submit din un certificate ko ng Elementary and High School? Salamat po.

Sana meron makapag confirm if required pa talaga elementary and high school certificates. I've already inquired sa dati ko schools, un sa elementary wala problem madali lang and mura lang fee 100+php ata. But yun sa high school Php1,000 ang fee + nanghihingi pa sila affidafit of loss. Although I admire sir TotoyOzResident kasi sobrang complete talaga ng documents na binigay niya, I'm just hoping baka meron mga nakapasa na hindi binigay lahat nun listed niya kasi yun iba dun medyo mahihirapan ako obtain.

@aolee, parang hindi ganyan ang nasa isip ko na COE, medyo plain ang dating. 🙂 mas mainam nga maelaborate more ung Job description para sigurado. but thanks aolee for the sample.

kulang na nga lang eh isama ko pa ang single status ko certificate galing NSO. huli ko lang naasikaso kaya di nai-attach sa documents. :D/

Sa high school at elementary optional yun. kung pumasa sa skilled assessment kahit college cert puede na ata. pero para sa akin mabuti na yung kumpleto at maraming documents. cheers

What na balita sa COE ng friend mo? Na accept ba naman sa application or kailangan pa talaga ng detailed na COE as suggested by others. Is the sample COE you posted good enough sa application ng friend mo.

Hi walang pang balita, waiting pa rin kasi bago lang nalodge ung application nya. but take note lang po na he was able to submit it before the July 01, 2011 rule took place. so under cya ng old point system.

Hi @bryann! I have a friend who only submitted her university tor and diploma and she got her visa without a problem. in fact, she's leaving for Oz in August. btw, she processed hers under the 175 visa route.

Hi Sirs, tanong ko lang po kung may expiration ang validity ng CTC...Kunwari July 20 ko pina-notarize yung dokumento ko, parang 1 year lang po ba valid ang ganito?

@LokiJr Wala po ako narinig or nabasa na meron expiration ang notarized document. And correct me if I'm wrong mga sir, pwede po ba ipa-authenticate ang docs sa notary public lang dito sa PHL? Hindi po ba dapat sa DFA lang? Back to @LokiJr's question, ang alam ko lang po meron expiration ay certain documents like NBI/police clearance, IELTS, ACS assessment, medical. So in short yun document po ang meron expiration hindi yun pag-notarize.

I have the same question as Bryann's hehe...puwede bang cheap alternative ang notarization para sa DFA authentication?

@LokiJr May nabasa ako sa Philippines.com.au, okay naman pala ang notary public lang magcertify ng documents. Si macmac pa yata yun nagsabi nun, and many others na successful naman ang application. Sabi din naman sa booklet 6 ganun din, no mention of CHED, malacanang or DFA. .
