Not sure kung nakuha mo na ung sagot sa tanong mo.
But share ko lang yung CTC format nung sakin.
Merong 4 stamps (using all different rubber stamps) sa front page normally which consists of:
Certified True Copy Stamp and signed
Notary Public Stamp
Date
Name and Address of company (if available, my other documents wala)
Not sure about sa 4th stamp if sa Vetassess, kasi sa ACS ko ginamit tong docs ko.
Pero yung 1-3 tingin ko same lang sa kahit anung assessing body.
Baka kaya walang nagpost ng sample document kasi hindi sila comfortable na ilagay online kahit excerpt lang.

I just did 🙂 sa taas ng thread i attached sample ng ctc dito sa Australia , ganyang ganyn pinasa ng hubby ko sa Vetassess and no problem at all 🙂
