Gawa ka lang po ng immiaccount at sa health declarations generate ka ng HAP ID.

Once ITA received:
Sa may Applications Summary Page, Click mo new Application button Under Application Group, click Health, then you can see My Health Declarations, click it.
It will generate Transaction Reference Number, then you can fill in informations mo / dependents. Double Check mga informations, i suggest save every page after fill-in.
Then i view mo ulit My Health Declarations, ma click mo na under your name/dependents View Health Assessment, then make generate ka ng HAP ID. Then you can check status of each sa website https://www.emedical.immi.gov.au/eMedUI/eMedicalClient
