pwede naman na yang 4.6 yrs mo ngayon. by the time you submit an EOI, naka more than 4.6 yrs ka na and it will continue counting hanggang sa ma-invite ka.
wala naman problema if you change employer, basta makakuha ka ng requirements that proves your work experience and of course, kung align yung job desc mo sa nominated occupation mo. ikaw na bahala kung tatapusin mo yung contract or not.

you mentioned na may agent ka? pa consult ka din sakanya about these.

Good day po, may question lang po ulit dun po ba sa portfolio kasi dba 5mb lang po ang max na file size , yung 5mb po ba per sample ng project or kabuuan na ng portfolio yun? Kasi if isa isa ang isusubmit nas 37 pages po kasi lahat nung portfolio ko

Samples lang po pwede na, no need to put in whole project portfolio.

Kaka reply lang dn sakin nung agent nq sabi compile nalang daw pero problema ko if compiled sys at 5mb lang max size blurred na yung mga sample projects ko

Just pick important pages, no need to put in the whole 37 pages. Ginawa ko last time, around 3-4 pages lng per project. Kung ano lang kasya sa file size limit. Samples lang.

magandang araw po ulit mga ka arki! ask ko lang if may chance ba or nangyayari talgang si vetassess ay tumatawag sa mga employers? or bihira lang at depende sa magassess?

Take with a grain of salt but I doubt it. I had my assessment on priority processing, took only 5 days to get the positive result, and I have about 5 employers, 2 of them are not English speaking (Japanese). Sa dami ng nag papa assess, I doubt na kaya nilang ma accomplish ang pag tawag-verify sa employers in just 5 days for me. Then, iniisp ko rin pano nila kakausapin ung non-English speaking employers lol...

I was working for one of these employers during my assessment wala naman tumawag sa kanila.

But again, I'm not a sole reference, baka ung iba may experience na tinawagan ung employers nila - siguro ung mga naka non-priority processing...

Just curious, bakit kelangan isipin kung tatawag sila sa employer?

Don't get me wrong, may mga hindi talaga kadaling icontact na employers pero tawagan man sila or hindi ng assessor or DHA, that shouldn't bother us right? Magtiwala tayo sa information and documents na sinubmit natin.

Ang thinking ko sa ganito lagi, this is just my opinion ha, when they notice some loop holes or medyo sketchy saka yan mag initiate ng verification of info.

Ang thinking ko sa ganito lagi, this is just my opinion ha, when they notice some loop holes or medyo sketchy saka yan mag initiate ng verification of info.

I'm slightly going on tangent here. We shouldn't worry as long as the documents and the information are genuine, which we should always ensure it's the case. But I did have some concerns before since one of the companies I have worked for is already defunct during the assessment - so my concern was, if they couldn't contact them would they deem my experience with them as invalid? Fortunately, di naman ganito ang ending but this is a real concern in terms of employment, as some employers would hold your offer if they couldn't verify some of the employment facts in your CV. Just saying...

halo halo na yung nabasa ko so mamili ka na lang AHAHHA

may nabasa ako sa fb na may tumawag dun sa employer nya, pero di nasagot. negative outcome. onshore.

sabi naman ni traci migration, DHA used to call the employers and even visit on site. kahit offshore. pero not anymore.
in this forum, wala pa naman akong nabasa na tinawagan yung employer nila (or did i miss it?)
di rin naman tinawagan ni assessing authority employers ko. afaik lolz

as long as your files are genuine and complete, you should be good. if they will need more info, they will ask you.

Makes sense if the employer closed down and verification is needed for a job offer. In terms of assessment kasi kung ganyan nga ang case, hindi na shortcoming sa part ng applicant yun. So long as docs are genuine and correct, malaki ang chance maipanalo kahit madami pang clarifications ang assessor. Kumbaga, kahit ikut-ikutin nila yan, alam mo lagi kung saan ibabalik. I believe maalam naman sila sa mga ganyan din.

Another case lang na naiisip ko is when you really don't have a cooperative employer that you haven't tied up loose ends with. Di naman maiiwasan yan at walang may gusto. Pero ayun nga, panindigan nalang yung sinubmit na information. Wag masyado magworry.

wala namang problema sa mga docs ko all documents that i've provided are genuine po ang worry ko lang naman is what if tumawag sila sa mga employer ko then hindi nila na sagot or hindi nila macontact baka yun ang magiging negative result ng outcome

Actually during application ko last time, ni minsan di ko naisip to. Yung tatawagan employers. Hahaha. Pero wala naman naging issue, parang wala naman tumawag.

One advice lang pala is to make sure nacocontact nyo pa rin previous employers. Nangyari sa application ko dati. Nagsend si vetassess ng clarification regarding sa portfolio ko. Minor things like bakit hindi complete yung start and end of dates of employment, saka bakit hindi colored yung company logo. In the end humingi ulit ako ng new statement of service sa previous employer ko.
