Winiweigh-in ko kasi yung risk eh, since maiiwan yung partner ko kapag naselect EOI ko ng walang attached applicants. Pero kung yung risk naman is mas mahirap maselect eh baka iconsider ko din yung option na partner visa na lang talaga. Ayaw magtake kasi ng english test lols.

May current EOI ka na ba? You mean isusunod mo nlng yung English test nya once makuha nyo result? Yes po pwede ganun. Basta po keep in mind na pag kasama partner sa application, minimum if meron kayo English test result para s kanya.

Hello po. Both my husband and I got an invitation from QLD last Feb 5, 2025. I have submitted my documents Feb 8 and just got a response from the Migration Queensland today that I need to update my EOI because my recent employment has an end date daw po. I just updated my EOI and added my current job which is a remote job for an Australian company.

Ang question ko po is, ok lang po ba na hindi kasama sa pina-assess ko yung recent job na nilagay ko for my EOI? Because po, hindi ko pa nakuha yung current job ko nung nag VETASSESS ako. I just responded to the migration agent na updated na ang EOI but hopefully this will not set my application back. Meron po ba akong same case dito?

PS: my husband withdrew his invitation since dependent ko na sya. Same ANSZCO code po kami ng husband ko (Archi draftsperson)

Also curious why ung iba nakakatangap ng 190 agad agad whereas kame never. Medyo nakakainggit Pero ok na cguro na invited kase sa wla.

Baka kasi po pag both nyo naka select yung 190 at 491, mas una nila ibibigay yung 491. Nakalimutan ko kung sa immi website ko nabasa or sa page ng State. Kaya nung nag gawa ako ng eoi, di ako nagselect ng 491 kasi sakto naman yung score ko sa mga naiinvite ng 190.

In general advice yun ng mga naunang applicants is to create separate EOIs for every state, also one set for 190 and one set for 491.

The minimum English requirement for partner is functional English. I’ve had cases where partner hasn’t done the English test when we lodge the EOI…when this happens we ask the client to provide evidence of functional English. Depending on the case officer, at times the documents suffice but at times CO requests for English test.

Good Day. I have a question regarding PRC license. My wife and I got invited by QLD to apply for their state nomination. If ever our visa (190) application is granted, ask ko lang for those who are licensed architects in the Philippines na based na ngayon sa Australia, is there a way na makapag renew kayo ng PRC license in Australia?

Thank you po. Just an update po, nagrequest din ng Letter from my new Employer and case officer ko to which I quickly complied naman po. So nag-update po ako ng EOI ko and sinabi ko din sa email. Natakot po kasi ako na baka next request nila is ipa-VETASSESS ko din po ang current work ko pero hindi naman nila nihingi.

I ask my manager and seniors para magpapirma pero ang sabi nila sa hr daw po. I emailed the hr since last year and no reply po from them. I followed up again this month pero no reply pa rin po from hr. May other alternative docs po ba na pwedeng iprovide? And possible po ba na di ko na isama yung second employer ko for skill assessment? I’m currently working po for other company atm. Thank you po. Have a great day.

Look into Statutory Declaration baka pwede sayo to. I believe meron naman info sa Vetassess website about dito.

Yes, you have the option to leave out certain employments from your skills assessment.

Try mo sila kulitin ng kulitin ng kulitin. Yan din yung problema ko sa sos dati, yung pag follow up sa employer ko every other day pero yung tono ng message ko is paawa hindi pagalit haha.

Pinilit ko talaga makumpleto yung SoS from employers kasi may mga nababasa ako sa internet na yung ibang naka statutory declaration lang, hinahanapan parin sila ng SoS.

Alam ko pwede naman manager ang magpirma. If ever na mag investigate kasi sila further, yung nakapirma yung tatawagan para i-confirm yung mga nakasulat sa SoS mo. kaya mas maigi na informed yung contact person para pag tinawagan sila, alam nila yung info nabinigay mo.

Kulitin mo po. Kung pwede bumisita ka sa previous office nyo haha.

Ang worst case is hindi mo sya iccount for assessment. Meaning mababawasan total years of experience mo kay Vetassess. In the end less points po sya. May i know ilan total years of experience ipapa assess m? At kung ilan years yan employment mo na may problema sa hr?
