Dear All New Migrant Friends

It is with pleasure I inform you that Adelaide City Care will be hosting another Welcome Dinner for New Arrivals on Saturday, 20th June 2015 at 27 Sturt Street ADELAIDE.

This dinner is free of charge and is intended to welcome new arrivals to South Australia and to keep them abreast with information about employment and rental accommodation. You will also be hearing some success stories of new migrants who came and settled in Australia.

If you have recently arrived in Adelaide and have not attended one of our New Arrivals Dinners, then this dinner is for you or you might know someone who has recently relocated to Adelaide from overseas on a temporary, permanent or student visa, then please feel free to pass this information onto them.

It is necessary, however, to register online for catering and seat allocation purposes, using the following link:

Question po, sa visa 190 SA, yung first atrival po ba dapat magstay na ako dun for two yrs? Or pwedeng intial entry lang tapos saka balik sa adelaide after a yr? Thanks po

initial entry lang yun brad..pede ka umalis agad and bumalik before mag-expire ang 5 year visa validity mo.

@goreo thanks for your reply... Naconfuse ako kasi sa invitation ko nakalagay na "must stay in South Australia for the first 2 yrs after arrival.."

ayos naman sa midway brad..medyo may kamahalan nga lang..pero libre naman lahat..and kumpleto sa gamit..sa amin na 3 adults 1 kid e ang rate is 665 for 1 week..

Hello everyone! Anyone here po na nagpapa transient? my cousins just arrived in Adelaide and they are looking for a place to rent even just for a few days. There's three of them, 2 adults and 1 kid. Baka meron po may alam. Thank you!

@IslanderndCity - panalo yung new arrivals dinner. Food, job hunting tips, etc. Lalo na yung food hehe. Ansarap nung pavlova! Encourge ko yung iba pa na bagong dating na umattend next dinner, gusto ko maging volunteer naman, tulong dun sa Adelaide City Care group at sa mga baguhan. Kitakits sa ADL!
