Hi, am still concerned about ACS and actua visa application. If ACS confirmd that i have an AU equivalent degree (section 1 school) and i have actual 6 years work experience in my field. Will ACS see it as 4 years relevant work experience after the 2 years deduction and the actual Visa application will still see it as 6 years? Ayaw ko kasi magkamali when claiming points. Can anyone please enlighten? Thank you po 🙂

kung anu ang nakalagay sa assessment result mo from ACS yun ang susundin mo to claim your points..

at yun din ang susundin ng DIAC for verifying your points on the visa application..

so kung nakalagay na AU degree equivalent
and 4 yrs relevant work ( deducted 2 yrs because of ACS rules)

then yan ang i-claim mo..

One more question po. Say, i file my acs assessment and they find it suitable tapos i am currently working sa company ko and i am 3months short of having 7 years total experence. After 3months i will add one more year sa experience ko, can i clAim it sa visa application, right? Salamat po

hello everyone. just want to ask something regarding state sponsorship. currently i have positive skilled assessment na for 511112. unfortunately, wla state n ngssponsor for this occupation. if ever ba n mgchange ako ng occupation tas bglang lumabas ung NO ko, maapektuhan ung application ko. un bang issubmit s skillselect n COE is the same s sinubmit ko s vetassess or i have to submit updated coe. it was dated jul 2013 pa kc.

if you will change occupation, of course kailangan mo magpa-assess ulit
if ever maging available ulit ang 1st occupation mo, eh di un ang isubmit mo sa EOI
actually pwede ka nmn gumawa ng 2 EOI, with 2 different occupation codes (assuming na pasado ka sa assessment pareho)
ang mga dates ng documents mo, eh important if its your current occupation..
example, COE dated jul 2013, but you are still employed with that company, so dapat updated sya..

@lock_code2004, let say less than a yr p lng ako s new occupation ko then lumabas c 1st NO ko. d ba need mgsubmit ng COE once ng EOI na. d kc basta2 ngbbgay ng COE company ko, pwde din ba don ang statutory declaration.

hindi kailangan ng COE sa EOI, kailangan mo lng ng COE pag na invite kana sa visa application
kung anu ilagay mo sa EOI mo, yun ang icalculate nya na points.. kung ang employment mo ay current, ang EOI pts will be as of today.. so kung after 3 mos nag increase na ang work exp mo at the same time magbabago na rin ang points mo sa EOI, you need to update your EOI..

example:

now - your total relevant work exp is 4yrs 9months = 5pts

after 3 months, magiging 5 yrs kana so magiging 10pts na, kailangan mo i-update ang EOI mo..

so kung current ang occupation mo, at naginvite ka sa visa application, kailangan updated ang COE mo sympre.. kung nag pa-assess ka nung NOV 2013 (example lang), at un ang date ng COE mo.. tapos ngaun eh nag change ang points mo dahil on-going ang employment mo.. ofcourse kailangan magprovide ka ng updated COE to prove na nag work ka pa rin for the same work/company..

@thegreatiam15 -depende sa occupation code kung marami pa slot, at depende sa score mo versus mga kalaban.. mas mataas mas mabilis sympre

Sa mga nag lodge po ng VISA application from Singapore... sinama nyo po ba yung Work Permit ninyo sa mga documents?

Hindi na po, pero sa Form 80 nilagay ko ito sa mga lists ng National id. FIN, SSS, TIN, Pagibig MID.
