Hi All,

I was 3 months short to 7 years of experience nung nag submit ako ng assessment for ACS, that was in April 2014. Then minus 2 years pa so 3 months short ako to 5 years para maka claim ng 10 points. But now na 6 months na ung nakaraan and I plan to submit my EOI na, ok lang ba na mag claim ako ng 10 points kahit na sa ACS is hanggang April lng ang nakita nila? Same company and same position pa rin naman based dun sa last assessment. Mag ka issue po kaya eto?

hi @catgon0208 medyo nakakalito yung 7 and 5 years, short ng 2 and 3 months etc.. description mo.. paki-clarify para mabigyan ka ng valid na advice....

basically 4 years (?) and how many months yung assessed qualification mo with ACS?

thanks sa reply. ACS assessed 4years and 9 months as qualified professional experience nung April 2014 lumabas ung result. so short ng 3 mos para maka claim ako ng 10points. eh since 6months na ung nakaraan and continuous naman ang employment, ok lang ba na iclaim ko na ang 10points sa EOI? or kailangan ko pa magpa re assess?

Hi @catgon0208, Yes you may claim 10 points dahil lalabas na 5 years and 3 mos (kung tama bilang ko) na ang work experience mo

Dun sa Employment section ng EOI, yung Employment Date From/To, leave blank mo lang yung “ Date To” para considered na employed ka pa rin sa same company… mag Aauto-calculate yung Skillselect kaya lalabas na more than 5 years ka na sa same company.

I also suggest na humingi ka ng bagong COE with JD para latest issue date yung lalabas, para may proof ka na employed ka pa rin sa same company na in-assess ng ACS previously and valid yung claims mo for the additional 6 months.

you can try but usually, eto ung hinihingi nila:

• Certified copy of Payslip - preferable first & last payslip

• Certified copy of Human resource statement or Service Certificate (COE can be provided in replacement of these)

• Certified copy of Termination Letter with corresponding dates

Hello po sa lahat. I finished backreading all the pages. Took me 3 hours. Hehe napaka helpful talaga.

I got my Vetassess result last march 19, comparable to australian degree. Got 6 years of experience for my PTA. I am now 28 years old.

Yung nominated occupation ko is currently closed sa ACT and Special Conditions Apply sa SA.

I'm planning to take IELTS this June. Pag nakuha ko na yung result, hopefully maka all 7 ako, magkaka 70points ako with SS visa 190 kung maiinvite. Tama po ba?

After ko mag IELTS, i can do EOI na?'choose visa 190, then pupunta ba ako sa website ng ACT or SA after? Akala ko kasi wait lang ako once mag EOI.

Paano kung close pa din ang ACT at SA, hayaan ko lang po yung EOI ko? Or wag muna ko submit EOI wait for lets say July 2016 in case wala this 2015?

Once you have ur IELTS u can submit EOI regardless if there's any state available. so u have to monitor kung open na sa ACT or SA or other state. if there's any state na open, change the state selected sa EOI mo, then submit state nomination application.

There's nothing u can do but submit EOI kung wala pang state na open.

you also have to check. some states require higher ielts scores.

Thank you @bookworm. Sa act:!pag oversease: 6 LRW, 7 speaking. oBS dapat 7. Pero i need to get all 7 para mag ka added points. So lets say makapag eoi na ako, may gagawin pa ba ako? Or wait na lang for july 1? Para kung mag open na state? Should i wait for my invitation or apply ako sa website bago dumating invitation?
