Ok lang po ba yun o isuspend ko na lang yung dalawa at iretain yung any territory?

Yung friend ko kasi was able to get the invite with just using one eoi tapos any territory lang. Ako naman ACT lang meron ko dati kaso closed naman occupation. Parehas po kami ng nominated occupation which is Sales Representative. Parehas din kami points na 70.

ok lang both. regarless kung isa lang eoi mo or madami, same lang nmn un basta tama lang ung pagselect mo.

ACS Assessment: "The following employment after December 2010 is considered to work an appropriately skilled level to 261312 (Developer Programmer) of the ANZSCO Code." Company 1: Dec 2006 - Nov 2009 Company 2: Nov 2009 - Sep 2012 Company 3: Sep 2012 - Present Question: Sa EOI ano ilalagay ko na work experience? Option 1: Simula Company 2 lang starting Jan 2011? Option 2: Ilalagay ko lahat pero yung mga before Dec 2010 itatag ko as not-related? in effect, mahahati yung entry ko for Company 2. Magiging ganito:

Company 1: Dec 2006 - Nov 2009 (Not Related)
Company 2: Nov 2009 - Dec 2010 (Not Related)
Company 2: Dec 2011 - Sep 2012 (Related)
Company 3: Sep 2012 - Present (Related)

Wha if nagbago ang points mo after mo na invite. halimbawa 70 pts ka nun na invite tpos nun mag lodge ka is 65 na lng. kasi nag bayad ka after a month pa e lumagpas na bday mo. may issue ba yun?

@batman age is based on the ITA date.. example magiging 33 ka na at bday mo sa july 12.. pero you received your ITA today july 11 at age mo is 32 pa din.. sa lodging it is still considered as 30 pts..

Ask ko lang po kung kailangan ko bang irenew yong skills assessment ko kahit wala naman syang validity/expiration. Kasi yong result ko mag 3 yrs na sya sa Nov. Salamat po!

Hi Guys, pwede pa naman di ba mag delete ng EOI kahit nasubmit na di ba? di kasi sakto yung points kaya kailangan mag retake ng ielts para tumaas.

no need to delete, pwede mo namn isuspend or update ung points.

@michel_75 yes, need mo ng new skills assessment. rule ng DIBP na whichever comes first sa dalawa, 3 yrs from date issue or expiry date set by assessing authority.

"You must provide from the relevant assessing authority a full (permanent) skills assessment which must be used for Points Tested Skilled Migration. The criterion by which an assessing authority undertakes different types of skills assessments is determined by the assessing authority in accordance with relevant professional standards. A skills assessment is only valid until the expiry date specified on the assessment, or when a period of three years from the date of issue has elapsed, whichever occurs first."
