@Pandabelle0405 I suggest take sya Ng PTE, aim for superior para mataas points at mataas chances for Invitation. Medyo madami ka competition sa ngayon at Yung mga highest pointer Ang inuuna invite. Si @Justin nag ulit yan Ng PTE para sa superior score which is +20points.

Hi everyone. Just want to share my story. I've just got the status of my VETASSESS reassessment (4 December) and I only got 1 year. Now, for my field (Facilities Manager), the only option at that time is to apply via South Australia State Nomination kaso nung 6 December, biglang naging Supplementary Skilled List or Special Conditions apply sya.

Yung agent ko inadvise ako ng ganito:

"We submit an EOI now for consideration by NSW. NSW will sometimes consider occupations that are not on it's core occupation list and there's no harm in putting your details forward for consideration. There's no cost for this. Your points would be 60, which is not particularly high so I wouldn't rate your chances are high, but we should still keep that option open."

Question - may mga kilala po ba kayo na ganito ang case pero nabigyan ng ITA? Wala kasi yung Facilities Manager sa NSW 190 Priority Skilled Occupation List (NSW 190 List) 2017-18 nung tinignan ko.

@mxv588t aim for superior english, if you have the time and money para tumaas pa points mo. NSW have this stream 2 option for high pointers para sa skills na wala sa priority list nila (stream 1). yun nga lang you really have to be patient kasi for sure matatagalan bago ka ma invite. depende din kasi yan sa industry demand.

@kaidenMVH just took the PTE exam and got the results on the same date. Finally I got all scores above 79. Hopefully kahit wala ang facilities manager sa NSW skill list e ma consider yung sinubmit namin na EOI...

@mxv588t nsa skills list b ng state? kasi meron din yan sila per state. i suggest dun k mg apply kung san yung may available kasi it would be a waste of time pg ng apply k p ron khit wla s list nila. all the best

Thanks @kymme @chococrinkle . Based on that link only NT and TAS are with check sign for 190 but my agent told me before:

NT (Darwin) does have your occupation listed as open for nomination, however NT is very selective. It is unlikely NT would give you a positive nomination assessment unless you can demonstrate good prospects for employment or strong connections to NT. One strategy you can consider is to contact potential employers in Darwin (or other areas of NT) and explain that you're applying for skilled migration on your own (and therefore not seeking employment sponsorship) and would like to explore employment possibilities. If you can get good feedback from potential employers in NT that they're interested in your skills, think you're suitable for employment, have suitable positions on offer etc (anything along these lines) then that can make a significant difference to get a successful result from NT. Although you could try I wouldn't recommend doing so without good feedback like this.

Tasmania will consider applicants who are prepared to start a business in Tasmania. This would require you to develop a business plan and make a commitment to go ahead and run the business. Do note this would be a temporary (489) visa that can lead to PR after you've lived in the region for at least 2 years, and worked for at least 1 year. The PR is dependent upon completion of a period of employment (including any self employment), it's not dependent upon a business being successful.

@mxv588t Free lang yung application sa NT, so you may want to give it a try. Tama naman yung agent mo na selective sila pero might be worth a try. Yun nga lang matagal na antayan kasi 6 months ang timeline nila to give feedback sa offshore applicants.

@mxv588t very selective tlga ang NT. u can check the number of invites per state s home affairs website pra may rough idea ka ilan ininvite per state per month. so far, vic and nsw has the highest. but un nga, sa anzsco code p rin mg depend kung san k pwd mg apply. im not very familiar on your skill kasi. ther’s no harm in trying in submitting applications nmn. anyway, all the best.
