@indulgence tama si @agentKams better confirm it with the assessing body as well as DHA din. Sa case namin yes yung previous qualification namin from philippines ang ginamit namin for skilled assessment. Waiting pa kami ng dec11 though, bago kami maglodge, in case magkainvite sa 189/190. Question lang din, related ba sa nominated occupation mo din yung courses na tintake mo ngayon?

Question for this visa kasi ang case ng kapatid ko is he is studying Cert III in Individual Support (6 months) and Diploma in Community Support for (18 months) - is this considered as meeting the Australian study requirement? kasi ang explaination is pwede syang 2 course pero prang hindi na specify kung anong mga courses..so kahit anong course of study ganun?

and another requirement is Have skills and qualifications that Australia needs ---

nasa list nman ng requirement ang skill nya kasi nurse sya pero sa pinas sya nag aral as a nurse

@"sha_Brisbane " to get positive assessment as nurse in Aus, i believe you need to be registered with APHRA, go to the thread for nurses baka may maka help sayo dun. iyong course na sinasabi should be related to the nominated occupation.

@Mizai01 hello po. Somehow related sya pero not exactly. Chemical Engineering kasi ang nominated occupation ko while ung study ko dito sa Perth is Work, Health and Safety.

Totoo ba na ang highest degree still ang ipapaassess which is ung bachelors deg ko?

@indulgence not sure dun sa correlation nung course sa occupation mo,I recommend you seek advice of an agent.

Yes highest degree pa rin yung dapat mo ipaassess since mas malaki dagdag na points nun. Saka yung degree mo related talaga dun sa occupation. Hi, has anyone here recently applied for Post-Study Graduate Visa? The DHA website says processing time now is 43 days to 4 months. I'm considering to do some lengthy travel outside AU while waiting for the 485 visa grant, so I was wondering if anyone has received their grant within the 75% or 90% processing time (with complete documents submitted). Also, is the expiration date of the 485 visa based on 2 years after the visa grant date, or the time I enter AU (if I'm offshore when the visa is granted)?

Hi, meron bang nakapagtry dito magpasa ng EOI for 189/190 bago pa nagapply ng graduate visa? Di ba makakaaffect negatively sa grad visa application?

If qualified ka na for 189/190, I don't see it as an issue sa 485. Pag nameet mo naman lahat ng requirements at prerequisites ng 485, deserve mo yun 🙂

Hi guys, question lang ulit, may eoi na kami 189/190 waiting for invite tapos nagclaim kami partner points dun, makakaaffect kaya sa PR application if ever namin kung magaapply yung de facto partner ko ng 485 visa na hindi ako kasama sa application na yun/meaning engaged kami pero di pa ako sasama sa kanya sa au at this time?

Not yet. I still have one sem to go, then saka pa lang mag-apply (granted makahanap ng work before the semester ends). Ikaw po?

@iska03 prepare your documents, pinkaimportante diyan iyong completion letter & transcript from school, AFP and OVHC. then evidence of english test, medicals and other supporting documents. application is done via immiaccount so make one na if you don't have existing account.

Question: Are there more chances of having a visa application granted if we have a migration agent?

I'm applying for a Temporary Graduate Visa (sub class 485) and I'm planning to apply on my own because getting a migration agent can be expensive.

Any info would be deeply appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

@hakister lahat ng alam ko na nagapply for 485 visa and naapprove just applied on their own including me. straightforward lang naman iyong mga requirements. not unless complicated iyong case mo.
