Problem With Confirmation Of Enrolment Code

I have recently received the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) from one of the Australian Universities. I have accordingly started filling out the Application Form, however, on entering the CoE Code, it returns an error and says that 'CoE Provided for the Applicant is Invalid'.

I have checked the particulars in CoE and they are all correct too.

What could be the possible reason for this and how to address this issue?

go back to your university and let them know your problem. they will be able to help you because they are the one who issued your COE.

I have double confirmed from the University and all of the details entered on the CoE by them appears correct ... so this is my worry as what to do.

is it 8 characters? have you input it no space in the box provided? i have applied online and never got a problem with the COE details.

Yes, its 8 characters including Alphabets and Numbers. Yes, this is what I am confused ... there should not be any problem but its not letting me through

@engadnan1980 It could be a website error.. recently laging may system maintenance ang immi account nd ngka problem yung mga sa hap ID din ngkaka error... try mo clear browser history first, restart mo pc mo nd subukan mo ulit in different browsers kung same errors ba, kung ganun larin tawag kna sa cust service sa DIBP.

Hello @engadnan1980, I'm facing the similar problem. My coe is correct but its saying invalid on the system. Please let me know how were you able to resolve this issue.

That sounds frustrating! It could be a simple typo or a glitch in the system. Double-check the CoE code for any mistakes and try again. If it still doesn't work, shoot an email to the university's admissions office for assistance—they should be able to sort it out for you. Hang in there, and hopefully, you'll get it sorted soon!
