Ganun pala; an agent kasi can be a double-edged sword - they can definitely give you advise and that is where you pay a lot... On the flipside naman, as they have other clients to take care off, minsan nakakalimutan na nila mag follow-up sa mga other clients nila like you for instance probably...
To add insult to injury, hindi ka pwede dumiretso sa CO mo as meron ka agent... I would suggest you let your agent work, follow-up every week ka. Mejo unacceptable na kasi ang bagal sa case mo.
