@RobertSG and @wolfeyez Thanks guys for the advice. I do have a TRN and already contacted the clinic and we also have the referral and HRI number. Although we are scheduling it mid-February because my wife is 10 weeks pregnant and we are waiting to reach the end of her 1st trimester before she gets into x-ray. We also consulted some radiologist and doctors and advised to use lead shield for extra protection. Hope everything goes well.

hi @engrjamescastro - it really depends on several factors, e.g. your EOI score, your EOI effective date, occupation limit of your nominated skill...

normally pag 70pts EOI nyo, you will be invited immediately sa next cycle of invitation (2x a month)..you can look for the data of the current invitation report at the DIAC's website..

skillselect, under report tab..makikita mo dun kung ilan points ang current invitation, and then you can gauge kung malapit na ba kayo mainvite..

I'm asking for the timeline because I'm also planning to get married this year. Kung magrant na ung visa pede ka pa ba mag add ng secondary para as partner mo while waiting for the initial entry deadline? Or get married first before all the lodgement process..thanks again for the answers. God bless!

@engrjamescastro - tama po si @psychoboy... hindi na pwede mag-add ng dependent after visa grant.. the best way is to get married first (kahit civil lang basta may marriage cert)..

or declare as de-facto partner, but you will need to provide several proof of on-going relationship, medyo madaming requirements...

@engrjamescastro - I say, if really sure ka sa partner mo... pa civil ka na muna, just so you can have the marriage certificate... feeling ko kasi yung de-facto, the burden will really be on the applicant to prove that the relationship if valid.

I have got my positive skill assessment for Computer Network and Systems Engineer) from ACS and kung ma complete ko po yung 6 band in each module of IELTS.

Am I eligible for state sponsorship from any State in Australia.

Please advice me in this regard..

I'm confused between what I read from this link:

It says here name standard processing time 12months. I've also read a link from diac saying it will only take 10weeks for my application to reach a case officer.

Which is which sirs?

I've filed my eoi today. There is one question there I would like to ask.

'Does the client meet the Australian study requirement for the skilled migration points test?'

I answered yes kc sabi sa assessment letter that my qualifications is comparable to Australian bachelor's degree for the purposes of awarding points for qualifications under GSM points test.

Tama po ba na nag yes ako? It gave me five points eh. Kung Mali I'm going to edit my eoi answer no on that question. Tulong pro..thanks!

@engrjamescastro rule of thumb. Yung nicclaim mong points sa EOI dapat parehas dun sa initial assessment mo. Kung 60 ka sa una dapat sa summary ng EOI mo ay 60 points din. Tungkol jan sa issue mo, di ko sure pero read carefully yung definition. Baka tungkol yan sa study taken within AUS mismo. Maraming nagkakamali jan pre, ingat lang.

Answer dapat dito is NO - not unless you have studied in Australia...

This is explained in the Booklet 6 if I am not mistaken.

And yes, dami nadali dito... Meron nga na forfeit bayad sa visa application dahil dito.

Check NSW SS they only require 6 across sa IELTS.. Pero may payment ang application nila. Visit their website for more information @Arlene5781

Yesterday I received an application to apply for 189. what are the documents I need to prepare?

Do I need to certify my ielts result, birth certificate, diploma, skills assessment result and passport bio page? Thanks for your usual support.
