Study Visa with Dependent Partner

Pa share naman po sa meron experience na pumunta ng australia with student visa pero may kasama dependent. My question is mataas ba chance ng denial ng dependent? Kung kasal? Or defacto? Thank you.

hi. i am in student visa with dependent. de facto partner ko sya. nauna ako maglodge then nung na approve na tsaka namin inapply ang dependent visa nya and na approve naman.

hello and good day to all,

me and my small family are planning to migrate to australia through the Student Visa pathway..

i will get my wife to enroll for masters and i will do 1-2 full time jobs to mitigate expenses and her tuition fees.

problem is, we dont know who can/will take good care of our 2 year old daughter by that time, while im working and my wife studying and working at the same time.

day care might be too expensive for us.

need advise from families who did this approach.

Hi guys! Currently in melb together with my husband. Sabay namin inapply ang visa namin, and luckily, na grant naman.

Our showmoney was based on our family composition. Since we have a kid, kasama ang expenses nya sa kinompute for our show money. Pero hindi namin sinama ang baby namin. Too risky as he's still young. Adjustment will be a big challenge, especially winter ng dumating kami dito.

Sabi nila, DIBP is a bit strict to couples applying for visa na magkasabay. However, it doesn't really mean na its not possible to receive a grant notice. It will depend on your GTE/ Statement of purpose as to why you will need your husband or significant other to join you in australia. Your GTE speaks volumes of your intention to go to australia and you need to work on it to prove that both of you will be coming back to the philippines.

Same problem here. Mag iron program ako next year and isama ko sana husband ko as tourist visa. Masyado po b risky gagawin nmin?
