Hayy same dilemna here @siantiangco @jacjacjac @Hunter_08 i can’t get it kung bakit kailangan talaga umabot sa another 3-4 months waiting ang naCO contact! Where in fact, naopen na nila ang case.

A year ago, in less than a month binabalikan na nila ang naCOcontacts. Hays

@mespedido nag Lodged ako Sept20 then na CO contact ng Nov1.

@Hunter_08 wala pa din update. 6 months daw timeline ng NT. sa April pa ako. mag 6 months.

@jacjacjac @siantiangco @Hunter_08 Ako ata tinutukoy nyo guys. haha. Yeah, quite frustrating kasi wala kanalang magawa. Had to drive for 4 hours and spend about 350$ for the same exact tests that was done 5 months ago! Tinry ko din iclarify yan sa DIBP hotline, wala din silang alam dun about CO's decision.

Yes it all depends on the discretion of the CO. Tama, wala talaga tayo magagaw but to give in. 😛

Here's my timeline:

Aug 10 - Lodge Date

Sep 11 - CO Contact for Medical

Sep 29 - 2nd CO Contact for further Medical exams - TB investigation

Dec 16 - 3rd CO Contact for further Medical exams - TB investigation (pero at this point pending repeat x-ray pa ko)

Dec 19 - Sputum Culture results were negative but my repeat x-ray showed improvement - SLEC recommended for another repeat x-ray after 3 months

Jan 02 - Pero for some reason, DIBP gave me Health Clearance instead

Sa mga nabasa ko dito, I should expect a request for Health Undertaking pero so far wala pa din. May chance ba na hindi need ng Health Undertaking based on my case?

@rpaid i’m not sure, pero sa mga nabasa ko dito sa forum na to, kapag may history or may tb investigation dahil nagpositive in any of the tests, hiningian sila ng health undertaking.

I uploaded my daughter’s HU already, sana kung kailangan makita na din nila na nag upload na ko.

Hi August Batch mates! Quick question lang: aside from lodge date, factor ba yung points sa pag prioritize ng mga CO sa applications?

@rpaid wala na pong bearing ang points after mainvite. Lodge date na po ibabase. Di ko lang sure ung order pag re contact na ng CO. Pero most likely kung sino una na CO contact sya din una babalikan. Mahirap lang kasi pa iba iba ng CO e so hindi mo masasabi kung ilang CO contacts before grant. Minsan lenient minsan napaka pedantic, minsan nafront load mo na hihingin pa ulit. Sa journey na yan talaga matetest ang patience e.
