usually ano po ang range ng sapat na baon for a family with 2 kids? kahit rough lang po..

Basta 10k aus dollars baon namin...good for 6 mos daw yun...pero di naman rin naubos...i got a job after 3 wks then my wife go her job after 6 mos...may struggle din pero tyaga lang talaga...and wag mapili sa trabaho, kung ano meron go for it!

@barloval kung bagong dating pa lang sa Australia mas matipid po ba ang hostel diyan kesa maghanap kaagad ng bahay pang-renta? For how long po puwede magstay sa hostel?

Mas mahal ang hostel syempre...mas matipid pa rin kung makakita ka ng bahay...mahal nga nkuha namin 375/week pero ayos na...dati pinakamura sa hostel is 90/day...kaya buti na lang nkakita ako ng filipino na nagpa rent ng room nila...kaya nkamura kami. God is Good talaga!

Saka wag kayo matakot tumira sa western sydney...mas mura dito kaysa northern beaches...dami din pinoy dito and mixed yung culture.

@barloval salamat! cge po PM kita pag good to go na kami dyan sa OZ sana nga hindi din kami mahirapan maghanap ng pedeng i-rent na place... nice to know 10KAUD na baon enough for 6mths? kailangan talaga maghigpit muna ng sinturon habang wala pang makuhang work. 🙂

Hello!

Stumbled upon this site and I am glad i did.

Natatakot din ako sa pagpunta ko sa Oz. I'm going to Brisbane in a couple of months. Wala ako kakilala, haven't arranged a place to stay, and to top it all, I'm going alone! Meron ba sa inyo who can share their experience when they first got here?

I should be happy for this opportunity (and I am), but it's all daunting! 🙁(

At least dito, makakapagtanong ako sa mga kapwa Pinoys!

I was told madami Pinoys sa Brisbane. Although wala pa ako nakikilala or nakakausap pa. I have friends in Oz po naman, but they work in hospitals in other states!

Oo nga eh, in my research, I stumbled on this website. I really am trying to gather as much info as I can to ease my anxiety somewhat. Ang hirap, new place and starting over!

Thanks for the advice. Ako lang po yata ang natanggap sa trabaho na iyak ng iyak!! But i can do this!! I WILL do this!
