Admin check out aecc global, they don't charge a fee... you just need to settle the tuition fee and other stuffs like airfare. they are basically agent of schools so schools pay them to get students. think of them as Headhunter đŸ™‚ http://pinoyau.info/aecc
sherwinferriera @Admin thanks for your recommendation. I will consider aecc. I just checked their fb page and they dont have an office in Pampanga. If I wont be able to find an agent in Pampanga, i will definitely visit aecc in makati.
