My current title as per my working visa is Export Market Development Manager but I am doing Accounting work. My another question, para po masatisfy yung Employment requirement ng Australia di ko po maintindihan for previous work kaylangan po bang mag bigay ng payslip or sa current employer lang ang need ng payslip?

@mondestrella - let me try to give my insights; as far as assessment for work experience is concerned, tinitingnan naman nila ang detailed job description mo eh more than anything else. So, with this, it is very important for you to secure and very comprehensive and detailed certificate of employment with job description.
Your second question mo naman, huwag masyado ma distract if you don't have payslips. Ang pinaka-importante na document for your work experience assessment is you very detailed certificate of employment. All these payslips, tax returns and bank statements these are just supplementary documents. π Kumbaga, if you can't produce these, di naman ito show stoppers.
