Hello, I'm not in Accounting but i may have the 2 sides of the answer to your question. I'm inferring that you're creating a Statutory Declaration? I've done mine by writing the testimonials on my own (like you) and worded it as close as possible to the Job Code i'm applying for and had them separately signed as below:
Company 1 : 2 roles, 2 managers = 2 Stat Decs (2 different managers signed for each role)
Company 2 : 2 roles 1 manager = 1 Stat Dec (1 manager signed for both roles)
Had no issue with the assessor (Australian Computer Society) on the Stat Decs.
