Question din about the skype number. May nakasubok na ba dito na ang caller ay nasa Au at yung callee ay nasa Pinas, at si callee ang mag-llog-in sa skype para gamitin yung skype number na pang-Au? Ito ba ay mas matipid na paraan para makatawag sa Pinas?

Worried on my part, me and family are arriving in Adelaide this 27th June. I have started applying for Job while offshore (currently in Bahrain, Middle East as IT Admin). So far, 15 rejections na po :-( had recevied a missed call once via my Australia number in Skype after that la pa rin, but not loosing my hope, lagi ko na lang sinasabi sa sarili ko na baka mas prefer nila na nasa Oz na.

Is there a case na nadedetect nila na nasa ibang bansa ka pa although sa CV ko Australian address ng friend ko sa Adelaide tapos Aus Skype number?

What if you're using australian number via skype then australian address and then they invited you for a face to face interview?

@belovedanton andito pa po c hubby sa pinas.june po punta nyang sydey. bale nakalagay sa cover letter when dating nya ng sydney tapos yung address nya nilagay nya yung address ng tutuluyan nya sa oz. hindi pnaman sya nainterview. thru email lng communication with headhunter.isa pa lng naman nagsabi na icontact daw sya pag nsa oz n c hubby. yung isa magset daw sya ng interview with the manager pagdating n hubby sa oz. tapos yung isa naman parang nagbigay ng mga openings in the next two months sa company nila n gusto applyan n hubby

apply2 lng po kayo. wala naman mawawala eh 🙂 hubby ko more than 60 applications na ata sa seek pa lng yan wala pa sa ibang site hehe just think positive lng tayo 🙂 sa tingin ko lng if talagang nag fit ka sa hinahanap ng employer talagang ccontact ka nila kahit thru email lng yan.

@vhoythoy kaya mas ok padin to mention sa cover letter when ka dating ng oz. most employers ata prefer onshore na yung applicants kahit mag phone interview pa sila

i agree with @gmad06. if malapit naman na kayo puntang oz and within recruitment timelines panaman pwede padin naman nila kayo icontact or iinterview pagdating nyo eh 🙂 ang maganda lang when applying offshore eh hopefully makapagset ng interview with employer pagdating ng oz. bihra daw kc nagiinterview thru phone o skype eh pag offshore pa. preferred padin nila onshore na

Add ko lang din po, I just read on one article na it would be an advantage kung ano visa status sa Cover Letter and CV (such as Permanent Visa SubClass 190) and ready for face to face interview once landed in Oz.

Ganito ba tlga kahirap hiring process dito, first i was in a panel interview, then skills exam, logic exam, personality exam, then another interview for exams' result feedback. What jobs are you applying for? AKo nman applying offshore. May isang interview yesterday pero first round plang. di ko alam ilang rounds LOL. Mahirap via phone kasi mahina signal dun sa room tapos accent pa ng nagiinterview. Mahirap mag explain pag hindi face to face wahaha

@vhoythoy - accounting....kanina lang yung 3rd time ko pumunta s kanila,...temporary lang to cover maternity leave pero minimum 15 months max 27 months daw,...

Kahit nga face to face pag inabot ng kaba ang hirap, nabubulol ako,hahaha

Sa private/commercial di ko pa na try. Mas maganda tlaga direct ka sa mga company websites magapply.

san kayo nag aapply ng accounting?...3 months na ako dito di pa rin ako nattanggap eh...target ko nga kahit initial pos. lang...AP clerk or something... pero still, lahat rejections!!! huhuhu...kaya sa odd job muna ako napasok...

What is your background sa Pinas, from audit firm k ba? Medyo tough pa lang siguro now ang market dyan but for sure makakahanap ka rin...Lagi lang akong nagbabasa ng forum and nagcheck din sa mga jobsites pero di pa ko nag-aaply...Offshore pa kase ako...

Sa seek ako nagapply, sandamakmak n rejection email na nareceive ko and still counting,....sa ngaun ito n lang ang chance ko,...kanina tinwagan yung apat na referees ko, imagine nsa pinas lahat yun at tinwagan lahat,....sana naman job offer n susunod🙂
