Hi! I have an inquiry po sana. Last year ko pa po naipasa ang mga requirements ko for EOI sa agency kaso until last week wala pa po invitation. Then my feiend adviced me to create my own account sa skillselect then i-apply ko direct. So, nag apply ako direct online. After a week, narcv ko na po ang invitation namin. Yesterday lang. My challenge is I'm 8 weeks pregnant.

Paano po kaya ippush ung visa application namin?

Need your advice po.

Same points lang ba ang naclaim mo on your own vs the one your agent submitted on your behalf? Kasi if yes, napakalaking lapse sa part ng agent mo yan. You can go ahead and apply pero your medicals will be deferred until manganak po kayo, so yung grant is then mo din makukuha. Tapos paglabas ni baby, you can add him/her sa application na din. All the best sa pregnancy and sa visa 🙂

@ahneniah I agree, lapse sa part ng agency mo. May I know sino agent mo? in my case, I created my skillselect account, shared my credentials to my agent, sya nag accomplish then nireview ko na lang. important kc na you enroll your OWN email para yung mga notification like ITA is papasok sa email mo and makikita mo agad (not your agent's email). Agent ko is Respall. 1 year na lagi nila cnsabi wala pa daw. 80 na nga ang points ko wala pa din. Buti nlng may nag advice sakin na maglodge online. Ayoko na sana sabhn sa kanila na may invitation na ko kasi sisingilin nila ako ng fee na naman.

@jiomariano sa agent ko 75 pts lang ako pero upon lodging online 80 pts ang lumalabas.

@ahneniah Why the discrepancy? Nag earn ka ba ng points with employment experience or something else? Maselan kasi sa overclaiming so better check thoroughly if you can prove all the points you claimed before you apply for the visa and pay the massive fee. Also, 75 points napakataas na, if you don't mind me asking, ano nominated skill mo?

@jiomariano paano ko maccheck kung ano tlaga ang points ko? Nasubmit ko na eoi ko ang may invitation na? Pwede ko pa ba ireview yun? Nominated skill ko is ICT Business Analyst

@ahneniah Hindi na pwedeng review, what you can do is let the ITA expire kung may nakita ka ngang overclaiming. Or submit a new one para next invitation round eh makakuha ka na. Btw, 70 pts should be enough para makakuha ka ng invite so talagang may lapse sa part ng agent mo. Attached yung points table, please verify kung tama ng claims mo and if tama naman lahat, go apply for that visa 🙂

@jiomariano @ahneniah pede ata ireview dun sa SkillSelect, meron dung 'View EOI' at 'View points breakdown'. di nga lang tlga mae-edit pa. heheh

@jiomariano thanks for the info. Nireview ko na and may na click ako isang botton na yes na dapat no ang naclick ko. So ok lang ba hayaan ko ma expire ung ITA ko then mag resubmit nlng ulit? Mabilis pa dn kaya ang approval?

@ahneniah I suggest create another EOI para sa next invitation ma invite ka na agad... kung hihintayin mo kasi ma expire yung EOI 2 months after pa yun.

@Hunter_08 ok na. Nagsubmit ako ng isa pang eoi. May question ako, if mrcv ba ang ITA, ano first step na dapat gawin?

@ahneniah that's really strange why it took so long considering you have 80 points. Don't you have a clause in your contract wherein you can terminate the services since you want to carry on yourself? Kasi with me, before my clients sign up I explain to them about refund policy, they are entitled to a refund on services not rendered and if they decide to terminate the services at some point, I will only get paid for the services I've provided and the rest they get their money back

@RheaMARN1171933 I can't recall if may clause na ganun sa contract. Irereview ko ulit. Else, I will let then know what happened and stop ko na ang process nila. I'll procese it by myself na lang. kasi Sept 2016 pa ako nakacomplete for eoi. Sabi nila ni lodge daw nila. Last week nag advice wala pa dn daw invite.

@ahneniah ask for a copy of your EOI submission. They can easily print a copy from the EOI account they created. It's a way of checking if they indeed lodged it last year.

@RheaMARN1171933 I asked for a refund from the agency. Sila pa ang nagalit. Breech of contract daw na may ginawa ako na hindi ko pinapalaam sa kanila. Tama ba yun?

@ahneniah sa clause ng contract ko with my clients, I could argue the same. Kasi they shouldn't do anything without my consent and I can rightfully terminate my services and make you liable for admin cost. It all depends on the terms stated on your contract with them.
