Just wanna ask if by default, mag eemail bah talaga directly ang DIBP sa clients for further instructions if pending ang medicals? Like in my case, I have an issue with my chest x-ray and we have not receive any email from DIBP regarding kung mag rerepeat xray bah ako or will undergo sputum test. I only knew that I need to have a repeat x-ray when I called Nationwide Cebu. Weird lng bakit wala kaming email from the embassy.
