@agd Yep tama, remember na Skillselect EOI at Vic State sponsorship ay mag kaiba. As @Hunter_08 mention kanina, sa Skillselect EOI yung si ACS ang idedeclare, pero once napili ni Vic ang EOI mo, mag susubmit ka sa kanila at dun mo idedeclare naman lahat ng Exp mo.

Dito kay VIC, pwede sya i-claim pero for state nomination lang. Pag sa EOI/Skillselect na, ACS na ang gagamitin ko.

@agd yes you can claim all your work exp sa online application ng VIC but just be reminded na mag susubmit ka lang ng online application sa kanila once selected na yung EOI mo and yung EOI mo is base pa din sa ACS.. good luck sa application.

Here's the excerpts from a favorable ACS letter.

<i class="Italic">Please note that the Department of Immigration and Border Protection reserves the right to undertake

further investigation regarding your skilled employment experience.

While the ACS is authorised to assess ICT skills assessments, the final decision in awarding points

remains with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.

This assessment is based upon the documents provided. By issuing this letter or otherwise, the ACS

makes no representation regarding:

• The authenticity of documentation provided or the veracity of content.

• The suitability of the applicant for migration or employment. </i>

As per my understanding, it says that DIBP has the final say in awarding points. When lodging an EOI, you are declaring points to the DIBP.

With that said, some states have specific instructions that strictly implements ACS assessment "equate to work" like South Australia and probably NSW.

@rushd_jay may required din ba na exp sa NSW? parang pagka alala ko wala naman.. as long as nandun yung occupation mo pwede ka mag apply sa NSW. but just to remind you na you need to wait for their invitation to apply for online application. medyo matagal ang invitation sa NSW at mostly need mo ng 70 and up point para ma select for the ICT occupation..

@agd my bad, hinalungkat ko ulit yun VIC application ko sa liveinvictoria site, I applied ALL of my work experience pala. hehe sorry nawala na sa isip ko coz nagwithdraw ako ng 190 application since nauna yun 189 ITA. But my ITA was based pa din sa EOI that I lodged, where yun experience is based on ACS assessment. sorry for the confusion.

also just to share, VIC emailed my agent after a week asking me the ff: (1) align my CV based on their recommended template (madami sa internet) (2) letter of commitment to live in Victoria since I indicated in my form that my AU contacts are not from VIC. I had to explain if ano advantage ng VIC compared to other territories in terms of finding a work, starting a new life, and building a family. parang position paper hehe

Guys,nakakabagot pala mag antay. Nagresign na kc ako sa work ko. So ngayon antay antay n lang pero hanap muna ng part time sa upwork. July p ako nag lodge,Aug 10 yung CO contact.

Nakareceive kana pala ng ITA dati from VIC. So it's safe to assume na pwede claim lahat ng experience for applying state nomination lang?

Pero yung ITA, ang reference nila ay yung lodged EOI?

@agd not really an ITA kc may additional requirement sila hiningi but I think papunta na yun dun. Besides they would have called my attention na, if I did it wrong. I would think na reference nila was both coz they will look at your EOI before they send you an ITA, but I also uploaded all of my COE for 10 years in my liveinvictoria account.

@lack14 Thank you, tama ka. Baka di na nila inapprove yung State Nomination kung may mali kang nagawa. And oo, machecheck naman nila yung EOI ko before sending an ITA. 🙂
