@contessa Sang part ka ng UAE? Have you tried going to the central bank yet? If sa Abu Dhabi ka, nasa may Bateen area sya. I went there once to sort out a problem I had with NBAD. Baka lang may access sila nung mga taon na yun.

@Grifter yung Philhealth pwede sya madownload online. gawa ka lang account tas pwede mo idownload yung contributions mo. sa PAGIBIG,punta ka kahit saang pag ibig branch. request ka lng ng contribution records mo. may print out tapos sabihin mo isend sa email mo yung soft copy.

@Bonifacio oo, yung current comoany mo lang yung nkalagay. i Label mo na lang yung particular period para dun sa specifc company. ginawa ko nagcolor code ako. taspos nilagyan ko ng Legend: Color/Specific Company/employment period

@jhun2384 I see. Yun sa case ko naman since out of the country ako for the past 5 years eh wala totally naka-indicate na company name although nag-correlate naman start at end ng working yeasr ko sa Pinas.

Ask ko lang po sa mga nakapagsubmit na ng Visa Lodge:

Dun sa Education details "Has applicant completed any studies at secondary level or above?" Do I need to input where I completed Highschool or enough na yun information sa University level?
Hindi ko nakita un section where to input my wife's details. Wala ba talaga or I just missed out on it. Ang nakita ko lang other migrating family members pero wala sa scroll bar ang wife.
Kelan ako pwede mag apply ng appeal sa Singapore Police? San ko makikita un referral/request for police clearance from Australia immigration.
Medical is after ko magbayad ng applicaton and then merong HAP ID na lalabas? tama po ba

pag yes mo sa migrating family members, meron table na lilitaw to Add your dependent.
di ako pamilyar sa SG PCC, pero based sa nababasa ko dito, pag may ITA ka na pede ka na mag e-appeal ata tawag dun.
not sure kung pano ang medical after mag lodge, pero parang generate hap ID lang ata yun. you can check yung page 1 nito para sa iba pang impormasyon.
