Question ko lang po, ano po yung 4 pillars na nabanggit nyo? Sorry di ako familiar masyado.

Regarding din po sa affidavit of cohabitation pwede po kumuha nun kahit yung living arrangements namin ay di talaga full time na naka live-in sa iisang bahay? Di kasi approve yung parents ng GF ko na magstay kami sa isang bahay na di kasal pa kaya ung living arrangements namin ay pagweekends sa kanila ako nagstay.

I was hoping kasi na magdagdag pa ng other evidences just to make sure na masatisfy ang CO. Any additional ideas pa po na wala sa list bka meron pa masuggest.

@macdxb16 yung sa bank transfers screenshots niyo po, sa bank website niyo lang po kinuha? or nag request kayo sa bank? nag tanong kasi ako kanina maximum of 2 weeks pa daw maibigay.

Gusto din namin sana isama yung bank transfers namin. Kinakabahan kasi kami baka di sapat yung Statutory Declarations lang.

@CroweAltius may billing statements ka po ba na naka address sa bahay ng GF mo? I think major factor yung live in kayo dapat. Sa case po namin naghintay talaga muna kami ng 1 year bago kami nag lodge ng EOI. Pinalipat ko lahat ng billing statements ko sa address ng BF ko. Hindi din ako full time nakatira dun ngayon kasi malayo sa work (monday to wed hindi ako dun natutulog) pero once mag resign ako dun na kami.

I think you may add bank transfers as additional evidence to satisfy ung financial commitment niyo pero mas importante yung magdagdag kayo ng evidence to support cohabitation.

@CroweAltius Sa phone lang screenshots. Yung iba naman ginamitan ko ng snipping tool. Any tool na pwede mo magamit basta ma capture mo ang image will do. Ang ginawa ko kasi parang power point presentation..photos, screenshots ng bank transfers, receipts, travel itineraries, etc. Bali lahat yun may description per page para di malito ang mag rereview. Like Bank transfer ni Mr. X to me or vice versa. Sa photos ginawa ko kasi from 2009-2017 isang page lang.

Regarding sa living arrangement, mahirap kasi sabihin na hindi ka permitted na dun ka nakatira pero pag weekend pwede. Medyo complicated at mag cause ng confusion sa meaning ng de facto. Kasi ang concept ng de facto ay living together "live-in" ika nga sa atin. In fact may case pa nga na kapag di kayo magkasama kailangan mag provide ng valid reason. Pero kung ang reason mo is hindi approve ang parents magmumukhang gf/bf lang kayo at hindi de facto.

@CroweAltius dun sa statutory declaration as much as possible, gawin mong direct to the point. Ang CO hindi naman interested sa love story ang gusto nya ay facts dahil based sa checklist lang gagawin nun pag binasa nya ang statutory mo. Gawin mong guide yung 4 pillars.

Hi, meron ba dito na nagupload ng COE (and other evidence of employment) sa immi account (for DIBP) only on the years with claimed points as per ACS? I know best practice na iupload na lahat para no CO and DG agad, but curious lang if may na DG naman na ganun lang ginawa.

Hi po sa mga engineers sa Singapore na naglodge ng visa. Ask ko lang po na ok lang ba na i-submit ko yung epass card copy which is maglalapse na sa Dec. 2, 2017. Since on going yung pass renewal hindi na namin maantay yung bagong card which will take more weeks for issuance.

By the way balak namin mag lodge on Oct. 31

@Rei08 I think okay lang maski mag eexpire na kasi walang choice din naman at isa lang naman ang epass na proof of employment, meron pa namna COE, Contract at yung ITR mo dito so ayos lang yun... just in case na lumabas na yung new epass mo e upload mo na lang yung updated one.

Hi @Hunter_08 ask ko lang since taga-SG ka din if nakakapag-request ba sa IRAS ng NOA o yung Tax Assessment for previous years like 2012? Diko kasi naitabi yung NOA na hardcopy na sinesend nila eh. Thank you.

@mikaela07 yup pwede pero may bayad.. per page yun bayad.. pero kung first time mo lang mag request baka e free na sayo yung NOA mo.. kasi nag request ako last aug kasi hindi ko din natabi yung akin ayun binigay naman nila ng libre sa akin pero dapat may bayad talga..
