Invitation round happens every second Wednesday at 12am AEST (Tuesday, 10pm PH time). All invited are emailed/notified simultaneously, just give 30 minutes to ensure invitation round has been completed. Let’s say wait until 12.30am AEST.
IED is usually determined by the earliest expiry of one of your PCCs. PCC is valid for 12 months according to DIBP.
