in my case, as dependent. hindi na. nilagay ko lang yung exact work details ko. at yun na, no COE etc.. ang importante lang jan is yung primary na mag submit ng lahat ng work details. including the payslip corresponts sa COE niya. pero kung meron ka naman docs nia. might as well, upload mo na. libre lang nman mag upload eh. para sure, he he!

@jazmyne18 lodge kana. kahit kulang kapa. mas malaki ang chance na ma grant agad pag na CO contact kana dahil sa mga kulang na docs, kaysa antayin mo lahat ng docs mo na ma completo para mag aim sa DG. imagine ang time na mawala sayo kaka antay sa kulang mo na docs. pero thats just me, kanya kanyang diskarte parin yan sa lodge he he!

@siantiangco meron daw po cases na ganon, pero usually ung mga overclaiming ng points

@siantiangco may nabasa akong na denay due to over claiming ng points. and yes, sunog yung binayad niya lahat. from assessment fee upto visa lodge fee. hindi pa kasali ang time and effort na nasayang jan.

@siantiangco Yes marami cases na na deny na before. Yun nga, overclaiming is one of the many reasons. Another is submitting an EOI prior to obtaining a skills assessment from the necessary authority. Grounds din po yan, auto deny daw yan pag gnyan ang nangyari. Inconsistency of information provided, obviously fraudulent documents, failure to satisfy character or medical requirements are others to name a few. I'm pretty sure marami pa silang hindi rin naten nalalaman. May nabasa din ako na apparently an applicant has overlooked her skills assessment. Although nakasulat sa assessment lahat ng experience nya, nakasulat din dun na the assessing body was considering that after XXXX year is considered to equate to work, she went on overclaiming 5 points and found out that she did when it was too late. So ingat po tayo, kahit marami ng work exp, nasa assessing body padin ang final say kung ilan ang cinoconsider nila na years of exp.

Yung assessment naman has a validity. So pwede syang magamit ulit pag hindi pa expired.

@dharweentm gustuhin ko man, di rin po pwede talaga. Hehe. Expired kasi passport ng anak namin so hindi rin makakatuloy sa forms. 😃

Question meron ako nabasa before dito eh nagrant sya last August. For example sa ACS working ka ng 2007 to 2017 pero ung sabi ng ACS is suitable na macredit is January 2014. For example lng to ah. Ang ginawa nya kahit ung suitable macredit sa kanya is Jan 2014 to 2017... sa EOI nya niclaim nya lahat ng working points. Okay naman na DG sya.

@dharweentm thanks! Medyo challenging kasi kunin work references ng partner ko kasi minimum wage so walang 2316, tapos ang hirap pa habulin nung agency sa previous work nya. payslips nalang meron eh hindi naman un enough. pero inaasikaso din namin ngayon, just in case hehe thanks!

Good morning! tanong sa mga kaka pa medical palang since hindi ko na ma alala kung kelangan pa ba mag pa appointment? or pde na direcho sa clinic dala yung referal form?

Clinic is Nationwide Makati. And yung sa may mga children na nag pa skin test na aalala niyo pa ba sched nung Doctor? Salamat ng marami!

@lucid2010 meron ngan gumawa nyan na ni claim nya lahat ng experience nya maski nkalagay sa ACS na certain period of years lang ang pwede na kunin as relevant exp pero na grant ang visa nya pero hindi ito advisable dahil case to case basis siguro kung natapat ka sa CO na mahigpit malamang ma deny ka at ma over claim ng point.. mas ok na sundin kung ano ang nakasulat sa ACS result.

@Hunter_08 sir, ngayon ko lang napansi na na-CO contact ka for PTE scores. di din pala natin masasabi basta basta nag DG.

@lucid2010 yup, may gumawa nyan, kaso pag kakatanda ko naka agency sila. I agree with @Hunter_08 na sundin na lang yung nasa ACS. isang theory ko dyan is, naging lax tlga sila last September sa pag bigay ng grant. Another reason is baka bago mga Case Officer nila. theory lang naman yan. hehehe
