question naman po, nagfifillup na kasi ako sa elodgement page

Dun sa question na "Highest recognised qualification obtained" for my husband who's my dependent, college undergrad kasi siya. Ano ba ilalagay ko? Yung possible choices kasi are: Diploma, Senior Secondary School Certificate, or Other?
Tapos for my husband pa din, para naman sa question na "Has the applicant completed, or is currently enrolled in, any studies at secondary level or above?". College undergrad ng BS Pharmacy, tapos currently nagtatake siya ng BA Psychology from a different university. So ang ilalagay ko ba sa elodgement form is HS and yung current course and school niya?

Hello guys,

I need your opinion on this situation:

My son is legally adopted. He has a different name before we legally adopted him. In filling out his details, I check YES on Other Names/Spelling (Is this family member currently, or have they ever been known by any other names?) then my reason is "NAME before LEGALLY ADOPTED"

I have his new birth certificate with his new name and my name as his father.

My concern is, do I need to support the adoption papers? Is there a possibility that it might slow down the processing?

For my wife. Is this applicant currently, or have they ever been known by any other names? I checked YES. I put her maiden name. What should be the proper reason? Marriage or I will click OTHER reason and I will enter "Name before marriage"?

Hi I have a question to those na na CO na hiningan ng additional information, but could not provide the document pero nagrant pa rin ba kayo? Nahirapan kasi ako magcproduce ng 2014 ITR ko. Wala na sa HR namin and ang hirap makacontact sa hotline ng BIR. Just wanted to know lang if may mga nakaexperience na hindi naprovide yung request ng CO and still na grant pa rin. Thanks sa mga sasagot.

Madami ako nasendan na forums sorry. Iniisip ko kasi yung question ko more of dun sa mga months na un na most probably may mga na CO na nagrant na.

@rvrecabar Yung 2014 na ITR, para saang evidence po yun as stated by the CO? Did you claim points for that year?

I am in a kind of similar situation kaya I've been researching for that as well. Saken kasi hiningian ako ng "evidence of income" for that (2008) year na hindi ko naman cinlaim for points. I mean, kaya nga hindi nag claim for points kasi hindi na kaya i prove. Saken, what I did was just gather kung anong makukuha, may ilang payslip for that year and SSS screenshot. Wala akong ITR dahil every 5 years daw, shinishred na nila ito after an employee resigns. And like you, can't get a hold of BIR. So inattach ko nalang kung anong kaya kong iattach at nag email ako dun sa generic na email and explained. Sa last part I mentioned na hindi ako nag claim ng points for that year.

@luciano item 1, if you have the papers, it's better to upload it especially if you are aiming for DG. Cant say the impact to the process as I haven't encountered any member here with the same case, baka yun mag moderators have other inputs, try posting to other threads.

item 2, I checked NO. The other names pertain to aliases or chinese names for example.

Upload the legal adoption paper.

@katniss2015 passport bio page lang po. Minsan kase proof of relationship yung mga passport stamps sa travel nyo.

@dy3p Yep kasama sya sa mga cniclaim ko ng points. Meron naman ako SSS contributions and may payslips during 2013 and 2014. Kaso wala talaga for the ITR. BTW, san ka nagstate? nagemail ka directly sa CO na email o nagattach ka ng letter dun sa Immi account mo?

@katniss2015 Sorry for the late response. Yes po tama si @Heprex bio page lang pinasa ko. Yung upload page for docs sa immi account is one page lang, so you may upload in any sequence u want. Pero ganun yung categories.
