Idol, my case officer requested for payslips and an employment contract for my current work. He did however specify that the payslips should at least include the earliest possible date and the latest one. Well I sent him everything anyway.
For the employment contract, a scanned copy of the original will suffice.
If you don't have these any of these will do (as I have also provided these for my other jobs)
Bank Statement (indicating all payroll deposits to your account)
Tax Certificates / Tax Forms
Merit Increase or simply Salary Increase letters signed by both the HR Department and Department Manager
and of course a Certificate of Employment
You can of course ask your Case Officer if you are in doubt of whatever document you wish to send him. Hope this helps π</blockquote>
Paano po kung ganito ang case: wala ng copies ng payslips/bank statements/contract, ang meron na lang ITR pero kulang ng isang yr. Pwede kaya makiusap sa CO na copy ng SSS contribution na lang ang isubmit? Since govt document din naman yun?
