@sarah_lyn from back reading saw that u have a migration agent. So it is probably best to ask updates from ur agent. That's the downside of having an agent kasi lahat nang communications are sent to your agent who did the application on your behalf.
Kung tatawag ka naman baka sasabihin lang din sayu they'll reply to ur queries via email kung may update na. Sayang din gastos mo sa overseas call. So, chill lang muna baka na trapik lang yan sa agent mo hehe
