Hello everyone. Tanong ko lang po pano magpa assess ng skills for the 489 visa sponsored by relative. Nasa SOL un occupation list ng husband ko pero wla naman atang asessing authority dito sa Ph para sa ref and a/c mechanic. Sana po may makasagot. Thanks.

In which part of my application process do I need to provide an employment contract? When submitting EOI? After receiving WA state nomination? After ITA? When lodging visa?

@carrotcake hi normally pag meron kna ITA you will be given 60 days to lodge your visa application. Dapat by the time na mag lodge ka complete docs ka na para sure grant. Pag nag submit ka ng kulang kulang ma delay process ng visa mo. Pag kulang ka ng docs kokontakin ka ng CO mo then hihingin yung lacking item then meron time limit na ibibigay sayo ang CO na dapat ma submit mo yung docs.

hi, newbie here..ask lng ako regarding relative sponsored visa 489..what will happen if hindi ako makahanap ng fulltime work within 2yrs from visa grant, am I still entitled for the remaining 2 years since 4 yrs naman yung validity ng VISA? thank you.

Sa ngayon, waiting for ITA pa ko. Gusto ko sana i-ready na ung mga documents para tuloy tuloy na pag once invited.

489 FS po ako sa Victoria and with my wife as dependent.

Pauuwiin ka agad agad...Joke! :-), syempre valid pa naman ang visa mo, you have the right to remain in Australia. Ang 1 year equivalent fulltime work ay requirement lang para makaapply ka ng PR visa. Since di mo pa nafullfill, di ka lang qualified to apply. Equivalent fulltime work-pwede dalawang part time work with total of 35 work hours per week. Pwede din kahit putol putol ang employment basta it will sum up to equiv 1 yr FT work. Please do check kung pwede say 18 hrs a week ka lang continuous for 2 years which in number of working hours is also equiv to 1 yr FT work(not sure on this)

Please refer to DIBP website for the official list of documents needed for the type of visa you are applying. Don dapat primary source of info mo.

ask ko lang regarding change of circumstance. Nagbago kasi ng address ung sister ko, so iba na yung titirahan ko sa dineclare ko sa address. Saang email ko isesend ung form na change of circumstance? Visa granted na ako so hindi ko na siya pwede iupload sa immiacct.
