Tanong lang po sa mga documents na need ipasa for Visa. pwede po pa check if complete na tong mga checklist ko?

May invitation po ako from my Aunt dated 2015 pa sya. Gusto ko sana mag visa 189 kaso ang hirap talaga mareach ng Superior english so pursue ko na tong visa 489.

Valid pa po kaya tong invitation saken?

you can use that pero the case officer always has the discretion to request for a recent one, kaya mas ok hingi ka na lang ng bago.

Good day po sa lahat gusto ko po sana humingi ng advice and at the same time get more information about visa application.

Last 2009 nag apply po ako for VE SubClass 176 Skilled Sponsored Migrant via a migration agency kaya lang po last 2015 nagkaron ng Cap and Cease of Application and I was refunded the money for my visa application.

This year po I'm looking at lodging another application for Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489) for the Invited pathway. Meron po akong cousin at uncle na matagal na pong citizen (sila rin yung nag sponsored po sa akin for the 176 visa)

Based po sa points calculator I got 75 points. I already took IELTS pero I'm thinking its expired na so I will need to take another one. Hopefully, I will get 7 band scores ulit.

My question po is regarding the VETASSESS, yun nominated ko pong occupation last time is Program or Project administrator and na assess po ako for that and I got a positive outcome. Pwede ko po bang gamitin ito once nag nominate ako ng bagong application for the "Organisation and Methods Analyst" which is listed now in the Migration (IMMI 17/072: Specification of Occupations and Assessing Authorities) Instrument 2017.

About lodging naman po the application, I understand I need to write first EOI via SkillSelect now. Is it advisable po ba to take IELTS and submit another assessment for the new occupation?

Any advise po and help will be appreciated.

@msjenniferj0y Kapag iniba mo yung nominated occupation, kailangan mo ng skills assessment for that new occupation. Hindi mo pwede ipasa ang assessment for Program or Project Administrator kung ang nominated occupation mo ay Organization and Methods Analyst.

@maguero thank you po for replying. Ayusin ko muna po lahat ng papers ko before ako mag lodge ng EOI.

Then may nabasa po ako about ACT closed na daw po for overseas applicants pero if you have close ties like family then you can still apply. Also, yun nominated po na job ko asa list sya pero when I check sa ACT closed na din po yun application. Ibig po bang sabihin hindi na ako pwede mag Apply ng visa?

@msjenniferj0y Parang nabasa ko sa ACT website last July na pwede ka mag-apply kung may occupation ka na nasa list nila or kung may relative ka dun. Para sure, mag e-mail ka sa kanila to inquire.

Hi. ask ko lang po, pag po ba mag-susubmit ng eoi sa parehong 189 at 489 ay magkahiwalay po ba ang bayad nun? or saka ka lang magbabayad ng visa fee pag nainvite ka sa parehong 189 at 489?

@wela04 Walang bayad ang EOI. You can submit multiple EOIs if you want. Pag na-invite ka lang at mag-lodge ka ng visa application ay doon ka pa lang magbayad.

Hello po sa lahat!

Ask ko lng po kung ano ang usual time frame na makakatangap ka ng invite? Lodged our EOI for visa 489 (state sponsored) for South Australia. Nominated occupation is Developer Programmer. And mas may chance bah na ma invite thru this path if short of points than visas 189 and 190?

@dutchmilk Nag-submit ka na ba ng application for state nomination sa SA? Besides EOI, dapat mag-register ka sa website ng SA Immigration at mag apply ka doon ng state nomination.

I believe nasa website din nila yung processing time for nomination at depende sa occupation, nakalagay din sometimes yung required points for specific occupation.
