Hello everyone! I just got my ITA yesterday for Southern Inland! Can anyone help me go thru the application process in immiacct(i already have one from student visa before), I wanna ask what are the requirements:

Passport

Medical

Nbi(does that include my husband?)

Birth cert

Anmac outcome(reg nurse critical care)

Transcript from school

English exam result

Functional english(both husband and son)

Hi po. May question lang po sana ako regarding sa case ko. Currently po kasi 50 points pa lang ako. Kasama na iyong 10 points for regional sponsored visa and tanging chance ko na lang makapasa and makatungtong ng 60 ay through sa pte (target ko maka 10 points / 20 points). Ang question ko lang po is about sa working experience. Required po ba na maka atleast 2yrs working experience ako? Bale ACS ang assessing authority and software engineer ang aapplyan ko but ang role ko talaga is database admin. Nagcheck din ako regarding sa school na nabasa ko rin dito, nasa section 1 naman iyong university ko. By june kasi mag 2yrs na ako sa work and balak ko sana na pagka2yrs eh mag exam na and if pinalad makuha ang score, mag apply na sana. Thank you po in advance!

@marise32 regarding ACS, just be mindful na nagbabawas ng 2yrs work experience and ACS(minimum) sa lahat ng nagaapply for migration pwede pa yan tumaas if ever na hindi bachelor's degree yung ma assess sayo.

@Hunter_08 hi po. Thanks fo answering. Just in case na bachelor’s degree maassess sa akin? Okay na po na pagka2yrs mag apply na ako? Nagtry kasi ako magpaassess sa respall and sabi nila balik daw ako sakanila after 3yrs. Given na minus 2yrs pag acs, 1yr lang din matitira sa akin which is equivalent to 0 pts din naman so inisiip ko na rin kasi why wait for 3yrs kung Pwede na po ako mag apply pagka2yrs sa work.

@marise32 Not to burst your bubble but I was working for 7 years already when I was assessed by ACS. My school was section 2 and Computer Engineering grad ako. They assessed me as Advanced Diploma lang and took out a total of 5+ years sa experience ko. So 0 ako sa work because less than 2 years lang total ko sa work. But I got 20 points sa PTE and nahatak nun ang points ko. Anong course mo? Respall din ang agent ko and I was granted 489 visa. If they told you na hindi pa pwede based sa work experience mo, trust that they know what they’re saying. They won’t give you false hope para lang mag-sign ka sa kanila.

@marise32 Kahit Bachelors Degree ang ma-assess sayo, 0 year ka pa din sa work experience dahil sabi mo nga mag 2 years ka pa lang sa June. Yung 50 points mo ilan points doon ang English points? Sa South Australia 70 points dapat including state sponsorship.

@marise32 So after three years, magiging 5 years na yung total experience mo. Magbabawas ng 2 years, so may 3 years ka na experience. Yun ang sinasabi ng Respall kaya ka pinapabalik after 3 years.

Graduate po ako ng information systems and doon sa 50 points hindi pa included doon iyong pte (and assumed na bachelors) which is why tinatarget ko na maka 10 points and if kaya 20 points sana. About din po doon sa 3yrs working experience, sinabi sakin iyon nung respall nung wala pa ako 1 month sa work bale 3yrs in total iyong need nila sakin na work experience.

@lccnsrsnn that’s why medyo nagtatanong din ako sa ibang thread baka kaya naman ng 2yrs and if may similar case ba sa akin para makapag-apply na din sana and sa melbourne din po pla target kong state.

@marise32 mukhang wala pa naka experience na mag pa assess dito ng at least 2 years exp pa lang sa ACS, I could also be wrong. I reckon most people tend to wait till they reach 5 years so after assessment and ACS deduct 2 years from their experience meron silang 3 years worth of 5 points. I reckon take your english exam since un ang straw mo to get 60/70 points then if you pass, continue to submit your assessment sa ACS since you're expecting 0 points din naman.

Hello guys! i just wanted to ask since we are not entitled for medicare, are you still paying the 2% levy tax? Can we opt not to pay this tax since we are not entitled by medicare? I just wanted to know how the process will be. Thank you and have a good weekend everyone!

Hello po sa inyung lahat, meron po sana akong ikunsulta sa inyung lahat. Nag apply po kame ng EOI last year for 189 65pts tapos 190 AT 70pts NSW pero hanggang ngyn wala pdn po kame invite. RECENTLY lang po na PR ang kapatid ko so naicip po namen ang 489 family so ngng 75pts na po kame. Sa tingin nyu po ba ilang months po kme bago ma invite.

@rjb_08 hello if you are not still entitled sa medicare, you need to apply for the exemption.

download the medicare entitlement statement [ https://www.humanservices.gov.au/individuals/services/medicare/medicare-entitlement-statement] complete the form and give the required docs. they will mail the statement to you that you can give to ATO when lodging your tax.

Hello @agentKams, thanks for answering my query. Have you tried to apply before? Just want to ask the requirement "a certified copy of the photo page of your passport" - can this be just a scan copy of my passport detailed page?

@rjb_08 yes, i got the certificate when i lodged my 2017 tax return. pinaJP namin iyong passport bio-page na sinubmit namin together with the application.
