Di ko makita yung original querry ni ollie, kasi ganun din sana tanong ko. I just got my ITA today, and I'm filling out this 18-page long na form dun sa immi account. Kelan ba isusubmit ang medical and police clearance? Issubmit ko muna ba tong visa application ko without the medical/police clearance, then wait for a case officer to specifically request for them? Or can I do them as early as now. Thanks.

Edit: Nevermind, nabasa ko na advisable daw kunin ang police clearance and medical around 45 days after mo magbayad ng visa.

@bob88 much better to take the medical before mag lodge ng visa para assurance for me. tapos yung police clearance pwede mo n kunin din agad once na may ITA ka na kasi for other countries medyo matagal yung process.

Hi, medyo naguguluhan kasi ako nang onti.

1) Dalawa kasi kelangan ko kunin na police clearance, one from SG and one from PH.

Yung PH madali lang kasi straightforward kasi typical NBI clearance lang.

Pero yung SG, base sa mga nabasa ko kelangan daw yung email from DIAC/ case officer. How can I get them to send me the email?

2) About sa medical, sinunod mo lang ba yung naka-state sa My Health Declaration sa Immi account mo?

@bob88 galing din akong SG at once na may ITA ka na yun yung gagamitin mo para makapag request ka ng police clearance.

oo gagawa ka lang ng HAP ID para makapagpa medica l ka.

I see so yung invitation email na lang mismo ginamit mo. Sana maging smooth yung police clearance ko kasi di na ako based sa SG. Sa Pinas ko lang aasikasuhin so aasa na lang ako sa courier services para ipadala yung mga thumbprints, passport pics, etc.

Last question: Nabasa ko around 7-10 months yung processing. So pag naglodge ako ng visa with all requirements including police clearances and medicals, most likely magiging medyo tight yung Initial Entry Date ko kasi based yun sa date ng PCC/medical di ba?

@bob88 yes ITA lang pwede ka na mag request ng police clearance sa SG. mas okay kng mat kakilala ka dun para pakuha yung police clearance mo kasi matagal kapag papa mail mo pa.

wag kang magalala sa initial entry mo kasi kung sakaling malapit from sa grant mo pwede mo pa wave mo yung initial entry date mo pero hindi ka naman siguro aabutin nun kung DG ka like sabi ni @batman

@zowdyak Wala naman invitation rounds ang 489 na state-sponsored. Each state has processing timelines for state sponsorship applications. Usually nasusunod naman yung processing timelines.

If you're referring to 489 family sponsored, every 11th of the month yung invitation rounds. 10 lang naiinvite every month.

sino nakapag kumpleto na ng form 80 diyan, ano sagot niyo dun sa "are you applying for a temporary visa?". Yung 489 di ba temporary?

@maguero, yes sir as of this writing, invitation rounds of skillselect for both 189 and 489 visas is as of Sept. 11 pa. I mean, Dec na no update yet for Oct and Nov.

@zowdyak ganyan talaga yan. Inefficient pag update ng immi sa invite rounds. Try immitracker nalang para kahit papano nauupdate ng applicants.

San niyo recommended magpa medical, yung less hassle based on your experience? Sa St Lukes BGC or sa Nationwide?

Mas accessible sakin yung Nationwide sa Makati pero nabasa ko dati dito yung Nationwide medyo delay magpost ng results. Any advice po?

good day po...I'm short sa points...kaya I will try my luck for the visa 489...can my sister, who is already an Au citizen, sponsor me? taga Queensland sya..problema ko, ung zip code nya is 4122 (hindi kasama sa list ng locations)..pwede kayang sponsoran nya ko, tapos tumira na lang somewhere near that zip code?

btw, papa assess po ako as 312212 code...pls. advise..thanks
