Skilled - Nominated or Sponsored (Provisional) (subclass 489) visa

hello po... question...

medyo nawalan na kasi ako ng pagasa na maaassess under 489 visa.

I submitted my application with SA on July 19.

On that day, the 263212 changed from low availability to special condition applies.

May nakapagsabi po dito na ganun din yung nangyari sa kanya and he was denied.

The other day, I received an email from a project officer of SA requesting me to make some changes on my EOI as i have to split my work experience and declare the first part not related and the 2nd part as related.

My question is, since they bothered to check my EOI, is it possible that they already considering my application?

Hi Guys,

Im applying for a visa subclass 489. Aiming for Victoria kase doon pasok ang software tester with 70 points in total.. tanong ko lang po if may mga demand for software tester sa regional areas kasi doon lang permisible magwork with the said visa.

Hoping for your wisdom and advise.

Sa Number 3 po, kung sino lang po ba ang relative nung sponsor eh un lang ang ilalagay nya? O Ilalagay lahat ng mga names na declare sa Number 5. Thanks po sa help..

@rdr8 : Hindi pa po. Pa-reassess po ulit ko sa ACS kasi about to expire na unang result ko.

hi everyone! @filsgoz, curious lang ako sa nakita ko sa timeline.. initally po ang nilagay mo sa EOI eh 190, then they advised you to apply for 489 instead? nagsabi ba sila ng reason kung bakit or kung ano kulang? next question ko kasi ay ito: "The EOI for this subclass is able to be completed. The client's claims equal 55 points" This is me applying for 190 sana. What do they mean by áble to be completed' eh 55 points nga lang. Naguluhan nmn ako dun. Maybe you can enlighten? TIA!

thank you @filsgoz. Ive applied for a 489. kulang ako ng 5 pts for 190 eh. just got confused dun sa summary sa EOI. waiting for the invite na lang. hope to see an invite soon 🙂

Hi ka forumers is there any chance na may kilala kayong nag try paalis ang 2 years restriction ng visa 489? Pa advice naman papano kung meron tnx

@janucruz medyo confusing ang question mo. what do you mean by nagtry "paalis ang 2 years restriction"?

@jvframos yung visa restriction that you need to stay for 2 years sa nominated place.like sakin is Darwin.

you cannot cancel that 2 years residency requirement in a specified region kasi yan talaga ang visa 489. pwede ka lang siguro humingi ng release sa sponsoring state mo and like yung mga ngtry na visa 190 pwede siguro, given you have valid reasons for asking for release. but then again, dahil visa 489 tayo, we are restricted with the post codes as stated in our condition. so sa regional area ka lang din pwede lumipat if in case pumayag ang sponsoring state mo.

remember, we wirked hard for this visa para lang bawiin nila and if we dint follow the rules, dahil providional visa natin, pwede nila bawiin yun and may cause deportation. so do your research first, ask the immigration office.
