Hello po! Ano po kayang visa para sa spouse po. Student visa holder po yung husband ko? Wala po talaga akong idea where to start?

@curiousmom salamat. nagclaim kasi kami partner points. eh nagiisip ako kung need ba ipakita ang lahat ng COE ng partner na hindi main applicant. pero im sure yung pina assess is talagang ipapakita un, di ko sure sa ibang di na nakasama sa pina assess as partner skill.

@curiousmom iniisip ko yung kasama lang sa assessment ang papasa na COE ng partner. pero the rest na within 10years di na siguro. sarado na kasi ibang company sa pinas na napagtrabahuan at wala ng contact talaga. importante may proof yung na claim na points.

@shajadecruti May I ask if sa pag apply nya ng student visa nya eh sinama ka nya ba as secondary applicant na? If not baka mahirapan kayo sa process kasi bakit magtanong ang case officer bakit di ka sinama sa initial application nya.

@shajadecruti sayang kasi kahit hindi pa kayo kasal that time pwede ka nya isama as secondary applicant. “de facto relationship” ang tawag doon. Marami ang nagmimigrate sa australia na hindi pa kasal, in a de facto relationship lang. May friends din akonna ganun, until now di pa rin sila kasal pero andun na sila sa Australia. anyway basahin mo lang muna yang mga links na yan para malaman niyo yung next steps niyo.

Oo nga po eh. Hindi naman alam pwede pala yun and that time pwede pala sabay na kami. So far sa na read ko po may mga cases na hindi na include sa initial application yong partner. Wala nga lang exact details

@shajadecruti oo mahirap ata pag di na include na. try mo basahin yung temporary skilled visa na subclass 457. kasi iba yun sinasuggest but I’m not sure kasi di rin ako familiar sa ganyan.

Hi guys

I just want to get some advice on my girlfriend’s application for visa 189. We just started gathering our requirements for the application. Our plan is to include me on the application as de facto but we never lived together. We’ve been together for 1 year already. As we thought me being a de facto might affect the whole application because we haven’t lived together even if we have joint accnts, and credit cards.

We’re thinking of getting married during the process so that it’ll be easier for me to go with her being her husband already. Do you think it’s the best idea to do?

@Oz09 Hi, tama the best thing to do is get married but meron din naman na kahit LDR sila as defacto lang eh na-gragrant rin naman basta may strong and enough evidence lang ng relationship. Pero kung mas makakatagangal ng worry para sa inyo ang maging legally married mas mabuti yun para sa inyo, just make sure na sigurado na kayo magpakasal, kasi mahirap na if gagawin niyo lang para sa visa. hehe that’s another advise about married haha

pero sir mas okay nga na magpakasal kayo but there are also under defacto na in LDR na na approve din visa nila. 🙂 hope this helps.

Ang worry lang din kasi namin is baka hindi ma-satisfy yung immi sa documents namin kasi 1 year pa lang kami. Pero madami naman kami travels together and bank statements/joint accnt kaso in terms of shared properties and assets wala kami kaya medyo nagwworry din kasi if ever ma-reject application namin maapektuhan pati yung girlfriend ko na na under 189 naman work nya kaya sayang din if ever hehe

@Oz09 may mga kaibigan ako, magsyota lang sila at wala rin silang mga properties or assets pero na grant na visas nila. Defacto lang din sila. Understandable naman yan as bf gf pa lang na walang assets or properties. Pero importante ung bank statement ng joint account niyo kasi yung friends ko yun lang yung proof na meron sila aside sa lived in sila. Try niyo pa mag research pero may nabasa ako sa pinoy na LDR na na approved naman. Importante lang you have the right documents and evidences ng serious relationship niyo kahit LDR pa yan. Basa or ask din kayo sa ibang forum like (October 2017 Visa or December 2017 Visa) dito rin sa pinoyau kasi mas madami nagbabasa doon at i’m sure may makakasagot doon na mga na grant na under defacto relationship at LDR.

hello po, planning to apply this month. I am the main applicant for Visa 189. Does my wife need to take the PTE? She studied and is a doctor in the Philippines. Thanks in advance po.

@edward2414 if she can provide a certificate from her university (alma mater) na ang course taken nya was teached by majority sa english language pwede rin yun. But karamihan is ayaw na mag effort na mangulit sa mga alma mater nila for this kasi tagal pa ang antayan kaya nag tatake na lang ng PTE or IELTS para safe na rin. Kasi mas straight forward naman yun na evidence of english language.

Functional English lang din naman hinihingi sa secondary applicant which is equivalent to 4.5 band sa IELTS. sa PTE di ko sure ano equivalent ng functional english. 🙂 Hope this helps.
