ACS requirements COE for former Accenture employees

Sa case ko kasi di nakasulat kung full time sa COE ko so nagrequest ako sa manila.clearance@accenture.com na lagyang word na full time ung COE ko wala pa reply.

Nagpadagdag na din ako ng JD kahit madami nag sabi na hindi sila nagbibigay.

Ano po ginawa nyo para makakuha ng job description sa Accenture?

Pahingi naman po ng sample JD?

@WantToMigrate you need to create statutory declaration and pa sign mo sa manager mo or any superior sa iyo before and isama mo yung generic COE na gawa ng Accenture,, ganyan ginawa ko sa akin kasi hindi talaga nagbibigay ang ACN ng detailed job description sa COE.

Sabi ng Accenture hindi sila nag eedit ng standard COE.

Ang reply ng HRD just now:

We would like to inform you that company’s letterhead, dry seal, and original signature of the authorized signatory are no longer applicable anymore since the direction of the management is gearing towards going digital.

Note that effective October 2, 2017, all certificates generated electronically will contain Accenture digital seal instead of the usual digital signatory.

So ung COE request wala ng letter head and signatory. Ok lang kaya kay ACS to.

@WantToMigrate, pagkakaintindi ko po sa email nya if I'm not mistaken, di na magbibigay ng actual document but rather email na lang. Hehe. Oks lang kay ACS yan as long as may CTC at nandun yung mga wordings na "Full Time"

Tama si @Hunter_08 Generic lang talaga COE ng Accenture at hindi nila ineedit. Yun akin, detailed JD aligned with my occupation was signed by a former manager. Wala din nakalagay na full time sa COE. I think ok lang kay ACS kc pumasok sya sa RPL ko. my former colleagues from ACN used the same format and may PR na sila. Maybe you can add the word full time sa attached JD na customized mo. As to the digital seal, not sure since nakuha ko COE before October 2 and scanned original signature pa with letterhead.

By the way yun akin, typical JD lang, d sya statutory declaration but I guess ok lang din if ganun. It was notarized by my agency together with ACN's generic COE.

Statutory Declaration from my former manager ang pinasa ko sa ACS. sinama ko na din yung generic COE and non-issuance letter na pinadala nila.

@WantToMigrate bihira naman tawagan yung manager pero meron din ako nabalitaan na ni confirm tlga sa manager yung JD nya so tell your manager na lang to be prepared just in case.

Another question po mga Accenture peeps, after ko magkaron ng Stat Dec for Job Duties, paano ko naman ipapa CTC ang letter of Non-Issuance of Job Duties, payslip,SSS at PhilHealth contribution ko e samantalang wala naman original copy to? Puro soft copy lang binibigay ni Accenture? Nagtry ako magtanong sa lawyer, sabi nya kailangan daw ipakita na orig ung document, so kung soft copy lang wala naman signature, di nya pwede i CTC..

@WantToMigrate ganyan din sa kin, prinint ko lang tapos pina-ctc ko. inallow naman ng lawyer. no choice kasi via email. siguro pakita ka na lang ng proof sa lawyer na it was sent via email?

@WantToMigrate Hi, sa case ko nung nag apply ako sa ACS, Stat Dec lang at yung standard COE ng ACN ang sinubmit ko. Di na ako nag submit nung mga ibang docs na binanggit mo. Ok naman ang result ng assessment. Although last yr p un, not sure kung ganyan pa rin ngayon.

Gusto ko nga i-lessen ang mga isusubmit.

So as long as meron COE with JD di na kailangan ng kahit ano pang supporting docs.

Sa Stat Dec, supporting doc one of the following:

• Certified copy of payslips – preferably first & last payslip for the employment period

• Certified copy a Human Resource statement or Service Certificate with employment dates

• Certified copy of a Termination Letter with employment dates

So ung "Human Resource statement or Service Certificate with employment dates" is standard COE ni ACN.

Is there a standard template to follow?
Kelangan po ba makita ng authorized witness na sinasign ng Manager mo ung Stat Dec? and
Kelangan po icertify ung COE? san po pwede ipacertify?

Sorry naguguluhan sa process, Resign na po kasi ako and mahirap din mgask ng favor sa manager tungkol sa Stat Dec. 🙂

@carminachu hello po, may sumagot na po ba sa question nyo? Same case din po tyo, standard COE lg po sa akin pero may JD nman at job offer.. need pa rin ba ng StaT dec? Same din po question ko if need ang Stat if standard COE lg makuha.

@Hunter_08 hello din po.. Software Tester po ba yung pina assess nyo? What if po yung nominated skills will be software tester but I just started netong Janury 2019 lg? Prior to that, I was IT service desk/helpdesk Analsyt ng more than 4 yrs.. ano po kaya dapat i nominate na occupation?
