@iam_juju nakabook na sis, nagtry ako sa laptop using chrome kagabi nag work naman. cguro un version lang IE sa office naging problem ko. clearance.nbi.gov.ph

date of admission: first semester, 2006-2007
date of graduation: march 19, 2010

so un, hinanap ko na rin mga forms ko nun pati receipt, kaso wala tlga, tignan ko na lang kung may record ako nun sa dost... pero iniisip ko, worth it pa bang palitan ung date dun sa EOI? (uurong kc ulit ako eh)

as far as i know, the date of effect will be changed only if you update info that will affect the number of points u r claiming or if you have updated the visa subclass. pero if minor amendments lang, i dont think it would change the date of submission/ effect.

Anyway, you can put a rough estimate of the start date. which normally is the first monday of the month. during my time, was first monday of June of every year.

Hello po good evening,

Ask ko lang po need ko pa bang humingi ng new COE at new Stat Dec sa previous company na pinagtrabahuan ko? Unemployed po ako ngayon and yung date ng COE ko last May 2014 pa and dapat ba fresh yung Stat Dec ko pag nag visa lodge na or ok na yung sinubmit ko nuon sa ACS (former boss ko ang nag sign sa plain paper and pinanotarized ko sya)? Nung nag pa assess ako sa ACS nuon, ang pinalagay ko sa HR namin eh I will use it for visa travel sa Australia.. Kung hihingi po ako ngayon, can I say the same but halimbawa visa travel for US or Canada or other purpose.. Hindi po kasi ang iisue ng detailed JD yung company namin kaya dun ako nag hingi sa former boss ko

@EAP Go back to Nationwide and have the xray done there para ma submit nila sa DIBP.
Actually di pa clear yung medical namin when we lodged. The doctor who checked us sa Nationwide na we can lodge na rin the visa application even though on going pa yung medical result.

@tiggeroo sir yan din pinasa mo sa visa lodgement mo? kasi d na ako employed so baka dapat bago ipasa ko.. last day ko kasi July 2014.. d ba maquestion yun ng CO? salamat po

U can use the same COE and stat dec you submitted with ACS. Did the same for my sister, ok namn application nia.

kasi iniisip ko na baka big deal sa CO na luma na yung COE ko.. At question po do I need to give my CO a statement why I am unemployed or Form 80 sya? May need ba ako ipakita sa CO na savings ko and savings ng parents ko na they did help me ngayon kasi unemployed pa din ako? Maraming salamat sir

@cinnamon20 Di na ako employed sa companies na iyon, bale early 2014 ako nag start mag collect ng docs, pero recently lang ako nakapaglodge. Tapos pagka lodge, ung hiningi ng CO sa akin ay payslips. Pero kung may resources ka naman po para makakuha ng bago, at para sa peace of mind din, walang mawawala

Tinamad na kasi ako bumalik pa and go through all the approvals to get a detailed CoE kaya pinasa ko na kahit luma hehe

@kate27 yes kailangan ng referral letter. actually kahit aling stage ka palang application mo puede ka makapag generate ng referral letter using My Declaration basta ang medical mo within 12 mos from the day na lodge ka ng visa application (validity period). Basta me valid passport ka you can already create an immiacciunt then generate referral letter for your medical using my health declaration.

@psalms5110,actually quite complicated yung skin.ngapply Kami ng eoi thru my agent last August 10, 2015 with only 55 points. By dec 8 naging 8 years Na exp ko sa by dec 9 inupgrade ng respall yung application ko, 190 65 points,189 60 points. By dec 19 I got ITA for 190 so ngapply Na Kami dun. Kaya Lang by Jan 9 nakareceived Na rin Kami ITA for 189. So pinull out namin ung 190 at nagapply Kami for 189.
