hi...good day sa mga fellow forumers..just applying in 475 or state sponsorship and i have already my case officer or c.o and my c.o wrote me requesting another documents and this documents is detailed duty statements of my present employment,how -ever my employer ay hindi nagbibigay ng coe unless the employee will resign and in case na magresign ang ilalagay lang ay generic title hindi yung detailed work description ko...i mean if supervisor ka,ang ilalagay lang ay supervisor lang sa c.o.e....and worse eh..baka pag initan ako with my boss...is there way po ba as a substitute sa hinihingi ng c.o ko...may nabasa ako na hihingi ako ng statutory declaration with certified from lawyers indicating why i cannot submit coe from my employer..?any inputs...?sana makatulong kayo...

@sheep Statutory Declaration is Affidafit po sa atin. Meron format kadalasan ang mga lawyers or notary public. Depende po sa assessing body mo, confirm mo na lang po if pwede ikaw gumawa sarili Stat Dec or dapat is another co-worker na mas mataas sa iyo ang position. Anyway, ito po baka makatulong sample po ng Statutory Declaration sa Australia.

salamat bryan but what do you mean by i confirm kasi yung diac ang nagrequest sa akin at yung assesing body ko is Engr's Aust. susulat po ba ako sa engr's aust or sa diac? kasi diac ang nagrequest ng addiitonal documents..?

thanks @bryann and @therealaids! Yung title na yon kse sa paper lang, pero yung job role ko non nag-pprogram at nag-aanalyze din. If I can make my boss write an employment certificate stating yung mga job roles ko, you think it will be okay?

@sheep Sabi po ng isang member dito, sa Eng Aust din yun assessing body niya, sya lang daw po gumawa ng Stat Dec niya at wala naman daw po sya na-encounter na problems. So I guess you could do the same. Pero kung ako po nasa lugar mo, ipapagawa ko na lang sa co-worker ko na mas mataas ang position sa akin just to be sure. Kasi ayaw ko mangyari ibalik sa akin and gawa na naman ako bago. Sayang po kasi yun time. Opinion ko lang naman po.

@katlin924 Maganda po iyon if magagawa ka ng boss mo. In my case kasi, sa 2 past companies ko siguro hassle sa kanila gumawa nun so ang sabi nila sa akin ako na lang gumawa and then print nila sa company letterhead and pirmahan na lang nila. Hehe.

haha! Actually, ganon nga din ginawa ko.. nilagay ko sa word tapos ni-print lang nila sa letterhead. hahaha. )

ganun din ang ginawa ginamit ko letterhead ng company ko then pinapirma ko na lang. Syempre sa dami ng ginagawa ng admin.. actually may format na ang admin sa pag gawa ng COE. Pero kung gusto nyo ng very much detail ang COE nyo gumawa na lang kayo then pa pirmahan sa employer. Cheers

akala ko ako lang nakaisip neto, actually yung HR ng previous employer ko nagsuggest neto sakin na ako na lang daw gumawa, then gagamitin na lang daw nila yung letter head ng company. ang saya kung lahat ng employer ganito kabait.

slamat bry...at sa lahat ng nagcomment actually d2 kasi sa amin pag may nagsubmit ng resignation iba na kasi ang treatment ng mga boss kasi kesyo daw walang loyalty at marami kpang maririnig ng salita at sa trabaho nman medyo nahihirapan silang maghanap ng kapalit kasi minimum kasi ang sahod kahit license pa...ang mayron akong nakitang sample ng affidavit or stat. of declaration sa ibang forum nalimutan kna ang site but i l to look for it...thanks sa lahat....

For me siguro, there is no such thing as loyalty to a company since hindi naman din sila loyal sa iyo. You work for them, they pay you for your service. It's a professional relationship. I don't think they will still retain your services if it is no longer needed. So on the other hand, you have every right to look for another company to work for if you are no longer happy with your current one. Just my 2 cents.

kung nasa entry level gaining working experience ka pa thats fine pero kpag dami mo ng work experience at feeling mo na easy na lang yung trabaho at almost 5 years at feel mo na di na sapat ang sahod mo sa higher level to the max of skills ability mo at feeling mo kung mag aapply ka ng ibang company eh madali ka makapasok eh its about time to look for the huge opportunity in your career. just reminder dont resigned kung wala pang mapapasukan na company.

@Fatchuchay - IELTS score of 6.5 isn't enought, you need to get a minimum of minimum score (7) required of each tested component (i.e. Listening, Reading, Writing and Oral).
@katlin924- what's important is yung job description which should be in-line with whats in ANZSCO/ASCO.

hi again..just want to consult...i make a letter to our manager thru to our Hr Dep't stating na i need a coe na may detailed job description and our hr submit to our manager and our manager refuse to give coe with detailed job description na hinihingi ng dimia only coe na may position ko...sasabihin lang doon na supervisor lang ako...,i tried to talk to our manager kaya lang busy palagi may mga tawag at bisita,i also tried na sa head nlang namin ako hihingi but under the heading of our company but hindi daw pwede sabi ng hr namin bawal daw yon na with out knowledge ng manager nmin at hindi daw papayag ang manager na ang head ang magsisign..ano po ba ang option ko... tatangapin nlang ang coe ko with posiiton stated at hihingi nlang ako sa kasama ko na mas mataas pa sa akin ng posisyon stated my job description but without out the heading of our company and magpagawa rin ako ng affidavit sa attorney stated my reason bakit walang heading yung job description ko at hindi manager namin ang pumirma...tama po kaya yun..?hope you can help me..or dodoktorin kna lang ang heading namin...

Yup maganda nga pag ganon pero kse based dun sa info ni sheep eh pahirap yung HR nila.. yung sa letter head, hindi ganon kadali humingi ng paper na yon e. I tried that before, di sila nag-iissue ng ganon if not official docs. Pero yes, mas better talaga pag nsa company letter head.

yup tama po s maam katleen....actualy alanganin din ako sa superior ko ipagawa kasi nakalagay sa dimia letter na kailangan na ang pumirma ay recognized by the company..eh yung pipurma hindi rin recognized mg company na pipirma...at kung tatawag ang dimia to clarify at itatanong kung ang gumawa at pumirma na superior ko ay recognized by the company?siyempre hindi kasi without the knowledge of the company...so baka lalong mapasa ako nyan..

sabihin nyo kaya kung papagawa kayo ng COE sabihin nyo na subukan ko nyo lang mag pa assessment. hindi naman ibig sabihin yun na aalis kayo agad sa work nyo. kung ni refuse kayo eh gawa na lang kayo ng COE nyo diskarte na lang yan.

talagang tatawag yan sa company nyo. either sa assessment or sa immigration. tatanungin lang naman kung emplyedo kayo sa kompanya nyo. di anamn kayo i denied ng company nyo kung talagang nag wowork kayo sa company nila.

so mas ok na mag pa assess na ako based on work experience kesa sa course...
sa totoo lang nakakalito kung saan dapat mag pa assess kasi sa DIAC "ICT Customer Support Officer - 313112" sa TRA naman magpapa assess

Yup kse mukhang OK yung mga credentials mo. Pero I think you have to be under RPL kse Engineering ang course mo.

@issa Ang prob po kasi is yun connection between education and work qualifications mo po eh. I don't know how you will be able to prove na "closely related" yun dalawa para hindi ka mag-fall under RPL application. If ever pursue mo yun RPL, I think you need to submit 2 comprehensive project reports.

Hi @issa, tama yung sinabi ni @Bryann. In simple terms, pagkakaintindi ko, bsta pag ang course mo eh COMPUTER related, pasok ka sa ACS skills assessment. Pero kung NOT COMPUTER related pero yung skills na i-nominate mo eh COMPUTER related, you have to apply for RPL.

Concrete Example:
(1) Course - Industrial Engineering
Skill - Analyst Programmer

(2) Course - Business Administration
Skill - Business Analyst

If you notice, iba yung course nila pero yung skill nila pang IT. Pag ganyan ang scenario, kailangan mag-apply for RPL to prove na talagang IT related yung skill mo.

Yan yung ginawa ng tita ko at yung husband nya non, nasa AU na sila ngayon

@issa, to save you for your worries. ganito isipin mo:

1. What skills are you going to nominate?

Pag nasagot mo yan, dun ka magpa-assess! hehe. Pag under ng ACS ang skill na ipapa-assess mo, sa ACS ka mag-lodge ng application. Pero nga, dahil iba ang course mo nung college, you have to apply for RPL. yun yung catch. Kasi pag sa ENGG ka naman magpapa-assess, ang catch is yung skills mo hindi under ng ENGG. tama?

Either way, you have to work on your supporting documents to prove that you have that specific skill. Mejo yun din kse ang mahirap pag iba yung course tapos yung skills na pinasukan mo.
