Hi! I hope you can give me your insight about this... nag-lodge ako ng EOI through skillselect for visa 491-family sponsored nung May 26 pa, pero up until now wala pa akong invite or changes sa correspondence ko. Is this normal? Kasi yung ibang nababasa ko, ang bilis nilang ma-invite. Offshore ako.

All state/territory and regional nominations are temporary closed. The new migration program year starts every 1st of July. Usually states and territories are allocated new quotas for the year to allow them to nominate applicants to migrate but due to covid19, the federal budget has been delayed and is expected to be released in October. This means no quotas have been allocated yet to each state/territory until October.. In effect, states/territories are not capable of granting nominations at the moment.

Ask ko lang po sana..meron po ba dito nakaexperience na nirequest din po ng biometrics upon lodging ng 491 visa application then ang current location po ay Pinas?.
Ang situation po kasi namin is yung wife ko ay nasa UAE then ako po nasa Pinas. Upon lodging po ng 491 visa application namin, I expect po na siya lang yung mag bbiometrics. But, both of us po ay nirequire na magbiometrics.

Hello everyone! I just lodged an eoi application for Visa 189 and Visa 190 last July 16. However, I've read online that All states and territories are still closed for now due to COVID-19. Would like to ask if anyone knows the minimum points requirement for those being invited recently. I'm a Civil Engineer and I only have 75 pts and 80 pts for Visa 189 and 190, respectively. Would appreciate it if anyone can help me with this. Thank you.

Parang may distinction naman si number 1 (10) and number 2 (5). and medyo malabo lang sa akin ay yung "your partner must be an applicant for the same visa subclass." It is like dapat applicant din siya ng 189? separately? two separate applications kami for 189?

In my understanding, ung partner mo kasama siya sa visa na inaaply mo. You cant claim it siguro kung halimbawa lang na hiwalay kayo, at di mo siya kasama sa application. Parang ganun

Just to correct, it’s not closed due to covid19, it’s closed because the federal budget has been delayed due to covid19. This means the Australian program for the current financial year has also been delayed. Hence, no quota has been allocated to states/territories. Without the allocations, they can’t sponsor applicants. It’s anticipated that this will be sorted by October. So for the mean time, best to get all documents ready for now I’m time for October.

You can claim 5 points if partner has at least competent English level and 10 points with positive skills assessment (occupation must be in the same list as yours) plus at least competent English level

Pa help po. Automation Engineer po ako. At ang working experience ko po is mag-program sa PLC at HMI and itest and commission ang project. BS Instrumentation and Control Engineering po ang tinapos ko. Bali hanggang ngayon di pa po kasama sa PRC ang kurso namin. Pero May certificate lang po kame not sure kung ok na yun or kung hindi. Most of my projects na involved ako ay sa mga Automation Industries like waste and water treatment plant and pump station ni Maynilad at Manila water. Pati mga Food and Beverages Industries like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, San Miguel Corp., PMFTC, Liquigaz , etc. Ang ginagamit po naming software is SIEMENS products(TIA portal), Allen Bradley, and Schneider.
Tanong ko po ay ano po ang pwede kong applyan sa occupation list? Thank you so much!

Hello icheck nyo po kung relevant yung task nyo sa task ng engineering technologist, mechanical draftman, production or plant engineer. Check nyo po dyan. Kung same ng ginagawa nyo dyan.
Then, I believed pwede mo gawin substitute yung certificate nyo issued by PH ICE. Prepare Primary and secondary documents the more the better. Check EA MSA booklet.

Hello po. Nagstart po ako magregister sa EOI para makita ko mga requirements and may ilang questions po sana ako.
1. Wala po ba talaga iaattach na documents like passport, ACS results, PTE etc? kasi po parang nasa validation nako if tama mga ni-enter na details. Hehe
2. Dun po sa pagselect ng visa, tama po ba na pwede mamili ng more than 1 (i.e. 189 and 190) at mag-apply or follow certain instructions ng state if merong additional for 190?
3. Dun po sa employment, tama po ba na ang start ng ilalagay na date is kung kelan sinabi ni assessing body (ACS) na Skill Level Requirement Met Date? Sa letter po ni ACS (The following employment after 10 February 2012 is considered.....)
Scenario:
Employment 1: Oct 26 2009 - Mar 1 2012
Employment 2: Feb 27 2012 - June 2018
Bale sa EOI, tama po ba na ang details na ilalagay for Employment 1 is Feb 112012 to Mar 1, 2012? kasi after Feb 10 ang Skill Level Requirement Met Date?
Pahabol narin po: Wala naman po kaya issue sa EOI if Mar 1 2012 ang end date nung Employment 1 then Feb 27 ang Employment 2? Though, may ACS result naman na at ok naman sila.
